We had an amazing weekend with family and friends! We enjoyed every moment with top class hospitality. On the top it was an amazing Saturday party at the Beach Club Amazing food and drinks in a phenomenal beach club so close to us Millions thanks to all the team and especially Stavroula

Excellent hotel!The staff are very polite and professional!we have a great time!The spa crew Giota,Angelis and Maritina are the best!The rooms are very clean and the facilities are great!The all inclusive program that we have is all you need!

We were a family of 3 and we had our most relaxing vacation. The stuff was very gentle and most of all we all enjoyed the spa therapies. Maritina and Giota thank you so much for giving us the best relaxing moments! You're both so kind and gentle!!!We will come again for sure!

Worst choise we have ever made! We were supposed to stay 5 nights, that were fully prepaid, and left same day . They promised by phone a different room but allocated us differently because there was no note about our request. The food served in the restaurant is the worst quality you can have. It smells bad and there are no food and hygiene measures. Impossible to eat. Understaffed. Waited more than 20 minutes in a row to order coffee in the bar. Very expensive ( 4 euros per bottle of 1lt water). Don't expect to see a beach side hotel. It is far from the beach, nothing like the photos. You need to walk a big distance in the heat or wait for a golf cart car to take you there, if you find one available, which is also totally un safe . The pool is dirty, always full, no place to sit. When we complained for the room they said they were fully booked and could not change us. Of course we decided to leave the same day after experiencing the lunch and pool area and at that point they found a room as the one we had asked "from a last minute cancellation". Poor management with no interest in customer satisfaction and staff with no experience. Our holidays were ruined. We left the same day.....

The staff was extremely kind and always offered excellent service with a smile! Majority of the food was frozen and poorly cooked. The beverages included were unfortunately of low quality

Good hotel, well located, close to the beach, kind staff, especially Stefanos-the bartender who was the nicest person in the hotel during my stay, always very helpful :) he has the huge knowledge about coctails… he made the best coctails I have ever drunk in my life! He should definitely get a promotion or something, he is the best! What is more about the hotel… my room was always clean, thanks for the cleaning ladies :) the coctails at the bar (made by Stefanos) were amazing but food in the main restaurant could be better :/

*** ελληνικά παρακάτω*** (+) nice set up with the rooms in small houses in the garden The staff was polite & helpful (except the reception) (-) Misleading pictures in *********** & trip advisor 🪟 👎 No sea view; we paid extra for a bungalow with sea view; the sea was only partially visible on your left between trees if you put your head outside the balcony. We mention it many times, there was no compensation ⛱️ 🚗 The beach is very far. They said 450m, google maps says almost 1klm from the reception from the hotel. When you are at the beach, the bar offers no food. 🔥 The aircondition was not working. Again, no solution proposed from their side 💩 The cesspool smells every night ✋️ You were feeling unwelcome. The breakfast finishes at 10.30, they ask you to leave your table at 10.45. The restaurant closes at 22.00, no food at 22.05. 🏚 State of the rooms is NOT for a 4 star hotel. Some examples: - Cleaning was poor (our bathtub had sand, the corridors were dirty) - the windows were broken - the terrace had 2 chairs (the room was for 5 people), there was no place for 5 towels etc. 🏊‍♀️ swimming pool has little shadow and unless you have young kids, it's not recommended *** greek *** (+) ωραίο περιβάλλον με τα δωμάτια είναι σε σπιτάκια στον κήπο Άνετο πάρκινγκ Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό (εκτός από τη ρεσεψιόν) (-) παραπλανητικές φωτογραφίες, δινουν την αίσθηση ενός premium ξενοδοχείου #not 🪟 👎 Χωρίς θέα στη θάλασσα. Πληρώσαμε επιπλέον για ένα μπανγκαλόου με θέα στη θάλασσα. Η θάλασσα φαινόταν μόνο μερικώς, στα αριστερά, ανάμεσα στα δέντρα αν έβγαζες το κεφάλι σου έξω από το μπαλκόνι. Το αναφέραμε πολλές φορές στη ρεσεψιόν, δεν υπήρξε καμία αποζημίωση ⛱️ 🚗 Η παραλία είναι πολύ μακριά. Λένε 450μ, το google maps λέει σχεδόν 1χλμ από τη ρεσεψιόν του ξενοδοχείου. Στην παραλία, το μπαρ δεν προσφέρει φαγητό. 🔥 Το aircondition δε λειτουργούσε. Και πάλι δεν προτάθηκε λύση, απλά ειπαν οτι υπάρχει βλάβη!? 💩 Ο βόθρος μυρίζει κάθε βράδυ ✋️ Ένιωθες ανεπιθύμητος. Το πρωινό τελειώνει στις 10.30, μας ζήτησαν να αφήσουμε το τραπέζι στις 10.45. Το εστιατόριο κλείνει στις 22.00, 22.05 δε σερβίρουν ουτε στο εστιατόριο, ουτε στο μπαρ 🏚 Η κατάσταση των δωματίων ΔΕΝ είναι για ξενοδοχείο 4 αστέρων. Μερικά παραδείγματα: - Η καθαριότητα (η μπανιέρα μας είχε άμμο και οι εξωτερικοί διάδρομοι ήταν βρώμικοι) - τα παντζούρια ήταν σπασμένα - η βεράντα είχε 2 καρέκλες (το δωμάτιο ήταν για 5 άτομα) κ.ο.κ. 🏊‍♀️ η πισίνα έχει ελάχιστη σκιά και εκτός αν έχετε μικρά παιδιά, δεν συνιστάται 🤑 υπερβολικά ακριβό (καφές, 5,5€, μασάζ＞100€

Far and away the worse hotel experience in 40+ years of travel. After 8pm air conditioning stops working across the entire resort. Around 6pm you can expect the water in your shower to stop flowing without warning. There is a strictly enforced pool towel policy which prohibits staff from replacing dirty pool towels with a fresh one within a 48 hour period. And if someone swipes your towel you are encouraged to steal someone else’s lest you incur a towel charge. Food is allowed to sit in public areas at room temp for hours with no supervision or any semblance of periodic heath safety inspection, which in any other developed country would constitute a heath violation. Food quality is not suitable for humans. Some of the staff are friendly and try to accommodate but their hands are tied since no one ln the resort property is authorized to make any decisions. The photos imply the resort is on the beach which is very deceptive. To get to the beach you’ll need to walk .8 km down a hill or wait for someone with a golf cart to drive you - there is no schedule or process, so be prepared to wait and walk. The entire property smells like feces which i suspect is due to misplaced waste trea**ent center. I should also mention that I am writing this from the back set of my rental at 2am in the morning which is where I have to sleep (for the second day in a row) because my luxury villa is uninhabitable for sleeping at 33C. The hotel is apologetic and empathetic but has no solutions. Who ever manages this property should be ashamed of themselves. They are taking money on food faith and ruining family vacations without an ounce of remorse or accountability. I can’t want to leave first thing in the morning.
