お部屋は非常に清潔で、朝ごはんも満足出来た。部屋のwifiがほぼ使えず、調べ物をするのに苦労した。アオスタからのバスが終わるのが早い為、レンタカーの人向けのロケーションだと思う。

We are a family of four and stayed at this hotel for 1 week. The hotel is beautiful, the room really comfortable and nice. parking not a problem. Excellent breakfast. The staff are incredibly friendly and very helpful. We felt comfortable, relaxed and served very well. The hotel is located in a very beautiful area surrounded by nature, beauty, peace and quite. Highly recommended :) Family Aquilina - Malta

Excellent experience. Great host, well equipped rooms, terrific service. I had been walking the Via Francigena, and this hotel is right on the route. So keep this in mind if you are also walking the Via. Very nice terrace with a view of the town, and lovely quiet lounge area in which one can get work done or simply read and relax.

I stayed here,for one night, while walking the Via Francigena. The room was nice and the restaurant food was great. I have to mention the staff, everyone was so nice and friendly, but especially the delightful Eliza, who was serving in the restaurant and also at breakfast. This young lady was so friendly and professional, she really made my stay memorable

We are doing via Francigena. The hotel is on our route , perfectly placed. Great rooms but above excellent service. Elio was brilliant and his young staff equally good. They speak English French German. We will return. Excellent

Overall the hotel was old fashioned and a little tired. The room was ok but the bed lumpy and uncomfortable.
The staff on check-in, dinner, and breakfast were great. The woman on the desk at checkout was channelling her inner Sybil Fawlty and carried on, what appeared to be, a private phone conversation whilst trying to process the checkout.
We were offered to look at an upgraded room, at a price, when we arrived, but chose to stay with our original choice so the other room may have been better.

The common areas are great, clean, tidy, beautiful. The hotel has great views and is located within walking distance of the etroubles town which is a beautiful little italian town. The food is also good quality.
The rooms though are not good, uncomfortable beds, dated rooms throughout and the bathrooms are old and not as clean as i would have expected.
