Alua Village Fuerteventura - All Inclusive

Nossa primeira impressão não foi boa, pois não há carregador e tivemos que carregar e arrastar nossas próprias malas para o nosso quarto, que incluía escadas. Pagamos extra por uma vista para o mar, que era apenas parcial, mas a área do nosso quarto ficava em uma parte tranquila do hotel. Novamente, qualquer pessoa com deficiência teria alguma dificuldade com todas as escadas. A equipe da recepção foi excelente. Pagamos extra pelo meu clube favorito, o que valeu a pena. Eu fiz aqua fit na piscina coberta e os degraus de metal precisam ser consertados ou substituídos, pois estão soltos! A equipe de entretenimento francesa era barulhenta e às vezes intrusiva por dentro e por fora! Todas as noites, no bar principal, às 7h30, como parte do contrato (pelo que fomos informados), eles jogam um jogo francês por mais de meia hora que ninguém além do francês consegue entender (observei que se eles explicassem em qualquer outro idioma antes para começar, poderíamos ter tentado aproveitar). A comida não era tão ruim, mas o chef que preparava omeletes também teve que fazer panquecas, ovos fritos e também reabastecer bacon etc. - não admira que ele nunca sorrisse. Havia muita louça lascada. O cardápio do restaurante à la carte era muito limitado e me disseram que era o mesmo todas as noites - uma entrada de atum e também o prato principal e você tinha que comprar uma bebida lá, mesmo que estivéssemos com tudo incluído! O churrasco na hora do almoço foi excelente. A limpeza também foi excelente e o hotel é muito limpo. Em suma, não são férias ruins, mas há áreas que precisam de melhorias! Cuidado também com os mosquitos no quarto, então leve repelente!

Very clean, entertainment is great and service is amazing from all staff in this hotel would definitely recommend to all.

We booked here with easy jet for a four night vacation (all inclusive). The hotel is perfect. It's clean, modern and the staff are super super friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean. The pool area was quiet throughout our stay with finding loungers not even coming close to being a concern. It was so quiet. Around the pool it was good. Pools are cold but once you're in it's fine! The food options were good. Meal selection was fresh and good choice. Through the day they have snacks and slush on tap which was one of our highlights. Food was overall ok. A 10 minute walk down to the beach. Just ask reception for a taxi to go out and about. Or take an electric scooter often parked outside the hotel. Plus there's a supermarket an easy 10 minute walk away. To summarize, it's worth it staying here. It's very nice.

Hotel is beautiful, clean and stunning views. Lovely beach within walking distance. Lovely staff members. Room was lovely. The downside being food, generally it wasn’t good - very repetitive, we were only there for 4 nights and we were so fed up of eating it. We couldn’t wait to get home and finally have some decent food again. Another downside (which didn’t bother us massively) was that the entertainment on the evening was very bad, never watched entertainment so bad - and it was all in French also Me and my partner don’t really drink alcohol so again not a massive issue however the alcohol is so watered down, not sure it would be possible to get drunk off it Overall though, the hotel itself is lovely and it was a very cheap getaway - you get what you pay for I guess

The service from staff was amazing. The whole hotel is very clean and modern feeling. It’s a 10 minute walk from a beautiful beach. Buffet was good, lots of choice, and good that there is also a mini supermarket in the hotel! I recommend coming here to simply relax but if you want to do stuff outside of the hotel then activity is quite far away. I will definitely be coming back.

Excellent staff, good food and nice clean comfy rooms, better than most hotels on Fuerteventura. Beds are comfy, the food is good, staff are friendly and helpful. This is my 8th trip to this island, and certainly a good hotel to stay with.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous with the most beautiful views however all of the entertainment is in French which is not great if you are English and cannot understand a word said. The food is below average, not much choice. Pretty much fish and pork every night and lunch not much different. Drinks were not great, sugary watered down cocktails pre made and not fresh.

I have stayed in this great resort between 3. – 12.4., resort is predominately consisted from the clients from France, well I've never well left out or anything, there were daily and night activities for everyone, we were pretty mixed up and this was beauty of my holidays. You just need to dare to try, A+ for entertainment teams! Hotel location is right where it needs to be. Close to the beach, quiet and very relaxing.  Town Morro Jable is just a few minutes driving with a taxi or with a bus which costs 1.40 euros. Food – every night there is a different thematic night. If you want Mexican, Spanish, Italian and etc.Gala on Friday was especially great surprise, they even have a barbecue on Thursday afternoon around the pool are, I think this is soo cool. Cleanliness – what to say, rooms a immaculately clean A+!  All the staff, from restaurant, reception, maids, entertainment are really friendly and will try to help you if you need help. Reception staff speaks perfect english, so I really don t understand some previous reviews.If you are coming with prejudice that is mostly french hotel you won t have amazing time, just forget, relax and you will feel welcome and included.
