Stunning location with 360 views of forest, orange and olive trees. Spacious bedroom and bathroom, amazing balcony with comfortable private sun loungers. Fantastic views from the room. Fantastic pool and terrace with comfortable sun loungers. Walking distance to a few restaurants. Bus to Palma stops a few mins from hotel. The cons… Road noise early in the morning along with cockerels and neighing donkeys - to be expected in rural areas. Not a 4 star hotel, glass window in the bedroom and bathrooms cracked. To charge your phone up you have to unplug bedside lights as there is a real shortage of electrical points. Had to boil the kettle in the bathroom. Mattress uncomfortable, had to sleep on top of the quilt. No milk for the coffee in the room had to ask every day for some. The bar isn’t really a bar, it’s a fridge that isn’t manned and if you want a drink the receptionist will serve you but you have to find them and it has to be before 9pm. They sell single packets of crisps as snacks and that’s all. If you want to hang by the pool suggest you go to the nearby village and buy some food to keep in your fridge in your room for lunch. No English channels on the TV or Wi-Fi despite saying they had both. The pool was by far the best feature set amongst attractive gardens and patio. However came back one day and it had no water in it! Was really looking forward to a swim So that’s partly what you pay for. Breakfast adequate, only continental available - nothing hot, and same thing every day. It was enough but nothing special. I had to boil the kettle in the breakfast area to make my own coffee every day. Overall - beautiful building lovely room with fantastic balcony but the rest let it down.

I'm not the one to usually leave reviews but what we lived in this hotel was so unacceptable that I had to share it. We live in Palma, and be booked one night stay in the hotel to spend what was supposed to be a relaxing night in a rural hotel. When we went to bed at 23:00h, there was a very loud music from a venue nearby that made it impossible for us to sleep. We wanted to to go to reception to address this, but there is no-one working in the reception from 21:00h until the morning. We were up in bed unable to sleep until 2:00AM, when we were obliged to pack and abandon the hotel and leave back home to Palma. We wrote to the hotel to address this horrible experience asking for the refund of the night we paid, considering that the experience was horrible and that there was no-one there to solve the situation - but they simply replied that the music was external factor and that they will not do anything to compensate for the experience. Other than that, the hotel is quite old and has a stuffy smell of old houses. We travel a lot and stay in many hotels in Mallorca and worldwide - but never have he had a such a poor experience in a hotel and the service and unwillingness to compensate for this situation was shocking.

A beautiful relaxing hotel. Rooms were clean , bright and a good size. The pool was amazing and great comfortable sunbeds to. All the views were fantastic wherever you looked. The staff were very helpful and could not do enough for you. The bar had drinks and snacks that you could have by your sunbed. All at reasonable prices to. A great Aperol Spritz. We didn't have breakfast but had coffee sat in the beautiful surroundings. Very short walk into town with restaurants and groceries . Although a small , quiet town which adds to it's charm. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay again.

We loved this place. Amazing staff, beautiful room, huge balcony with private sunbeds and extra seating, excellent breakfast. The grounds are gorgeous, and the pool too. There's an all day bar with snacks and drinks. Pretty and proper Spanish town of Esporles is a 10 minute walk with 3 or 4 really good restaurants, a couple of stores and a fab pizzeria. A wonderful week, wish we'd stayed longer, faultless.

This place has so much potential but is neglected and it shows. The location does require driving down a very windy road that is not at all lit at night. It can be dangerous. Be aware. The service here is a huge miss. I get it’s an agroturismo, not a hotel, but when you’re in the business of servicing tourists, it’s your job to provide great customer service. The rooms really need updating, and could be made more personal and inviting. They look like someone’s bedrooms in a house. The beds are uncomfortable. The interior design could be changed to reflect the Mallorcan culture. The breakfast was extremely poor and overpriced. Omelettes available only 2 out of 4 days. Other days they said they would only make boiled eggs and no omlettes. No fresh fruit. No bacon. Nothing tastes fresh. If the location wasn’t so beautiful, I would give this place 0 stars. The pool is the only redeeming feature.

This is a beautiful setting. Lovely rooms, nice pool. Fantastic staff. A short walk from the village which is really cute. Highly recommended. It overlooks orange groves, and is set right in the mountains. The very special town of Valledemosa is nearby as is Deia.

Their website is totally misleading. Only part of the hotel offers original historic rooms - the rest are annexes but are not described as such. I booked a ‘garden’ view room which turned out to be a dingy hole the standard of which one might expect in a hostel.The view was of a wall, drainpipe and air-conditioning unit. The ‘mini bar’ is a totally empty fridge, not even water, let alone tea or coffee. The bathroom does not have a bath and the shower was filthy with drain covered in previous occupants hair and fittings so rusty that they could not have possibly been cleaned for years. The only place I could get wifi was at the breakfast table. Pool looked nice but too cold to use and surrounded by an area covered in cigarette butts etc. Killer mosquitoes are on patrol all day long & no deterrent supplied in room. I was supposed to stay 2 weeks but checked out as soon as I found a suitable alternative - a beautiful design led place charging the same as Son Galceran! No help or apology from elderly couple who run the place. I wrote a letter of complaint to what I assumed was the owner and received no reply. A disgrace on every level.

It’s an interesting building and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The private balcony was nice, but we visited in April, so sitting outside for drinks or food, or using the pool, weren’t an option. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. I don’t know if it was because Brits were staying, but the ‘spacial’ was bacon and eggs. The approach is through the orange groves which were delightful in April - fruit on the trees at the same time as the blossom. The smell was heady. The bar was a bit basic though pleasant enough. We’d go back but find somewhere else to go for a snack or a coffee.
