I am staying for my second long business trip in this hotel. Despite my first advices and recommendations to the hotel management and staff there was no improvement in the hotel quality, specially quality of food and beverage. Firstly I have to admit that the hotel immediately needs a restoration, all doors, furniture and other components of the rooms are about to collapse, this completely damages the vision of a 5 star hotel. TV system does not function properly, there is a special noise while watching some tv channels. This problem should be removed as soon as possible. Carpet of the rooms is almost ruined and needs to be replaced with new carpets. Well if I want to write all items it would be tens of paragraphs and if these paragraphs could have a result I would have seen it in my first review weeks ago therefore I come to another point. Dear owner of the Anemon hotels (I think Mr. İsmail) if you have a little bit respect to your job and to the tourism industry then I think you would stand up from your chair and come to your investment in Eskişehir and see what are the problems. Improvements in this hotel are out of scope of Managers and staff. They work with 9 to 5 rythem and look at this as a job to feed their families. This is the responsibility of the owner or investor to come and see what his child does, how it grows, what will be its future and etc. I remember that while I was in a business trip in Sultanate of Oman because of my review in tripadvisor the owner of hotel who was an indian guy came and visited the hotel, directly asked my ideas and concerns. This means having interest and passion for what you do. Well this much is enough from my side and I dont have more time than this to spend for the review, just as I mentioned respect to the tourism industry required care and attendance of the managers and investors. For the last 2-3 days there are international handball players from Slovenia and Netherlands staying in the hotel and I think that our real 5 star quality which exists in many places of this beautiful country specially Antalya could not be shown to these international guests. They saw broken doors, torn carpets and damaged furniture of this hotel and will tell their friends about their 5 star experience in Turkey. So in short Mr. Owner of the hotel please move a little bit, and managers and chiefs do not act as a government official 9 to 5. Good luck
