Server in Leggings, relaxing hygiene measures (on the second day no gloves for guests at breakfast buffet, staff temporarily without mask), extreme kitchen smells throughout the hotel due to open kitchen traction, No water donor or bottles of mineral water in the sauna area, reception often silent and dry, up to the exodus baked slices bring some points of decline and unfortunately allow only 3 stars. A look at the guest review would also have revealed here that our son is not 7 but 15 years old and does not need a ”pittiplatschmenu”. Also the constant requests of guests for breakfast for coffee, coffee seed, Success etc are unnecessary. On our table for dinner, flowers were untouched with sadly hanging heads throughout the period. The service must take this in mind and ensure continuous refreshment. Here the house could be safely inclined and quickly reach the 4-star level.
