Great stay as always. Thank you to your restaurant trainee Shreya. She’s very warm and attentive. She saw me looking around the lunch buffet deciding which Indian dish to try. She approached me and recommended her personal favorites. And her recommendations did not fail. I am not into spicy food but I enjoyed every bite. :)

Bad bad bad experience visiting this place even in non-season time, these people are not hotilers, they don't know the meaning of hospitality, they don't even know how to greet their guest, absolutely disappointed visiting this place, this was the last point of our trip, and they turned out good trip experience to horrible one

Don't visit this place, the rooms are pathetic, the staff's behaviour is not at all good, breakfast is like they served it from last days left food, their lobby stinks like anything, overall one must skip this property at any cost, there are whole lot of other options available

Hotels are known for their hospitality, if you want to become hostile, visit this place, if you want to get harassed, visit this place, rooms without fan, AC's not working, For everyone who's reading,for their information, we had three rooms, and this is applied to all three rooms. Their lobby stinks like anything. The staff's behaviour was like they were threatening you, even the ***ager says, kindly wait for half an hour for the room, we even visited the hotel at 2:30 PM, and the standard check-in time was 2 PM, they gave us room at 4 PM. Do think twice or even thrice before booking this property.

A pleasant stay worth every penny spent. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The environment was hygienic for the most part. The only down side we experienced was that the sound from neighbouring rooms disturbed me from my sleep at times.

I have stayed here in Feb'24 for 2 nights ***** with my family. Decent place which comes at below 3k/night, but with lot more compromises around service which is most important piece of hospitality. Rooms are clean but lot of mosquito 🦟🦟 Hotel offered repellent but for someone like me who is allergic to theae repellent was a challenge. Breakfast was average not a wide spread but taste wise ok. Location is quite inside from main road, especially when you're coming from airport. Service tests customer patience! You have to call multiple times or wait for 15-20 min.

Room is suffocating ..Though it is Ac room there is no fan ,so it is uncomfortable.and also their charges fir bevarages and food is very high. I wont recommend this for others . Other than this service and all okay. I am not at all happy , i booked for 4 days but vacate in 1 day itself

The hotel was good. However, my stay was ruined because of their lack of ***agement. There was noisy crowd all through the night and inspite of multiple requests to the hotel, they didn't control those who were screaming and howling in the rooms. There seems to be drunk crowd since their bar and pub on their 5th floor is open to public. Instead of that they kept calling me or knocking my door to check where the noise is coming from, and if that was the noise disturbing me. They could hear the noise at my door. Why can't you then go fix it !..This drama went on till 1 am !
