I had booked here a single room of the simplest category for travel. I checked in something before the actual check-in time. The reception staff was friendly. When I opened the room door, the positive surprise was that I had received a older, but clean, generous two-bed room with large bathroom for single use. Only the modern television was complicated to use myself as ”digital native”. Breakfast buffet was excellent. This was particularly positive for the commitment of the breakfast server.

The hotel you must stay in when you come to Siemens on business is next to Siemens. There is a bus to the railway station in front of the door. Of course, walking is okay. It is relatively close to the city center, and the big supermarkets are all in the city center. The rooms are small and quiet, breakfast is average, and not many varieties. It takes about one to twenty minutes to the airport. It costs 40 euros. It is recommended to take a bus to the station before the train station, and then there will be a bus directly to the airport.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel! The room was very clean, had all the amenities we needed for our 4 night stay, the little kitchen was so useful! We easily rented bikes and enjoyed using them for little adventures around Erlangen and Nuremburg. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming and the virtual check in and out made the whole process super easy, even after hours. It’s is located right in the heart of the city and we enjoyed many delicious meals and drinks, just a short walk from the hotel Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is new, close to the railway station and in walkable distance to downtown Erlangen. It provides the standard experience of any recent addition to the Holiday Inn Express chain (good & bad). Cleanliness could be improved. Not sure, if it was a start-up problem, but my bathroom was not cleaned between opened door and wall. That spot is often missed, but in this case there was still dust from construction. Overall value was great with breakfast included, a great rate due to advanced booking and everything nearby. I would stay again.

Very good for short stop when driving. The hotel is only a few minutes drive from the motorway exit and very easy to find. It’s located in an industrial estate/ business park type area. The room was functional with everything you need and was clean and in good condition. We stayed at an Ibis Budget in Belgium the next night and it was a lot more basic. B&B was a much better room. It was also good value at €66 for the room and €8.50pp for breakfast which was surprisingly decent. When you think that you pay €4 for a coffee in a motorway petrol station it’s not a bad deal. Yes, traffic noise can be heard from the rooms facing the motorway but with the windows closed it was not loud at all. I would definitely return next time driving this way.

I have stayed 5 nights at the Quality Hotel in Erlangen, and it was very pleasant time. The room #206 was very clean, good shower and with a comfortable bed. Yes, the location is not in the centre of Erlangen, but I have enjoyed the 10 to 15 minutes’ walk into the town centre. The breakfast buffet has a nice selection of fresh items, and I enjoyed to try every morning something different. The staff is polite and helpful and give you advise where to eat out etc. If you want to eat delicious local food e.g. ”Schäuferle” (rost pork shoulder on the bone), then only a 5 minutes’ walk away is the “Gasthaus Spezerei”, or the “Fish Kitchen Nützel” and little but further out the local brewery “Steinbräu”.

Leider kann ich an dieser Übernachtungsmöglichkeit nicht viel positives finden. Zum einen ist der Eingangsbereich relativ schmutzig, trotz trockenem Wetter. Die Zimmer sind leider nicht so groß wie auf Booking beschrieben. Dort habe ich ein Zimmer mit 25qm gebucht und das Zimmer, welches ich bekommen habe hat 3mx3m und auch wenn ich die Miniküche hinzurechne komme ich nie auf 25qm, was für die Comfortzimmer in der Beschreibung ausgewiesen wird. Als ich dann angerufen habe, war eine nette Dame, die sagte, es gibt in der Kategorie nur diese Zimmergrösse. Leider lies die Sauberkeit dann auch eher zu Wünschen übrig, auf dem Boden der Miniküche lagen noch die Krümel vom Vorgänger, an der Wand und auf dem Boden des Bades waren noch Zahnpastareste und in der Duschzelle lag noch der Rest einer Duschgelverpackung vom Vorgänger. Leider habe ich dann erst am Abend vor der Abreise festgestellt, dass das elektrische Rollo vom Balkonfenster auch nicht ging. Alles in allem eine unschöne Erfahrung, die keiner Wiederholung bedarf.

Tricky and rude. We booked 12 rooms through *********** 1 year ago. We checked and have been in contact with the hotel many times to cancel / add rooms and verify the booking, everything was fine and confirmed. At the arrival we have been informed that the reservation was cancel with the excuse that the credit card used for the booking was expired. They kept the rooms though and offered them at more than 50% higher price. We were in desperate need for the rooms so we had to accept. We tried to find an agreement with no success, the receptionist (Mr. Johnny Lobitz) has been very rude for all the period and blocked us the rooms till the full payment for all period was not received ... Never again!!!

Incredibly beautiful and quiet hotel in Erlangen. The castle room is the absolute paradise for children and the roof terrace is a real highlight! The room and bath were really clean without a snack! The staff is very premature, friendly and always and everywhere accessible. The breakfast buffet was really recommendable. Fresh bread, great bread and a always beautiful and freshly filled out of sauce and cheese. Marmelades, honey, juices and various yoghurts were also offered. Coffee, tea and cocoa were perfectly and quickly provided by the staff at the table. The hygiene concept that is visible to the guest has really convinced us! We will come back anyway! I had booked here a single room of the simplest category for travel. I checked in something before the actual check-in time. The reception staff was friendly. When I opened the room door, the positive surprise was that I had received a older, but clean, generous two-bed room with large bathroom for single use. Only the modern television was complicated to use myself as ”digital native”. Breakfast buffet was excellent. This was particularly positive for the commitment of the breakfast server.

Incredibly beautiful and quiet hotel in Erlangen. The castle room is the absolute paradise for children and the roof terrace is a real highlight! The room and bath were really clean without a snack! The staff is very premature, friendly and always and everywhere accessible. The breakfast buffet was really recommendable. Fresh bread, great bread and a always beautiful and freshly filled out of sauce and cheese. Marmelades, honey, juices and various yoghurts were also offered. Coffee, tea and cocoa were perfectly and quickly provided by the staff at the table. The hygiene concept that is visible to the guest has really convinced us! We will come back anyway! I have stayed 5 nights at the Quality Hotel in Erlangen, and it was very pleasant time. The room #206 was very clean, good shower and with a comfortable bed. Yes, the location is not in the centre of Erlangen, but I have enjoyed the 10 to 15 minutes’ walk into the town centre. The breakfast buffet has a nice selection of fresh items, and I enjoyed to try every morning something different. The staff is polite and helpful and give you advise where to eat out etc. If you want to eat delicious local food e.g. ”Schäuferle” (rost pork shoulder on the bone), then only a 5 minutes’ walk away is the “Gasthaus Spezerei”, or the “Fish Kitchen Nützel” and little but further out the local brewery “Steinbräu”.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel! The room was very clean, had all the amenities we needed for our 4 night stay, the little kitchen was so useful! We easily rented bikes and enjoyed using them for little adventures around Erlangen and Nuremburg. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming and the virtual check in and out made the whole process super easy, even after hours. It’s is located right in the heart of the city and we enjoyed many delicious meals and drinks, just a short walk from the hotel Would definitely stay here again!

Idyllical outdoor area. Eat between numerous flowery plants. Wellness atmosphere. We ordered as pre-food curry soup (cold) + gaspacho (cold). Remarkable sweetening. Gaumen smash. The main court : Knuspriges span-ferkel, appetitefully made with supplements. Without fault and tadel. The supplies : Espresso with vanilla ice. To the menu : Good Franken wine as a drink accompanying. A request for change was met without problem. Friendly and nice service, though Sunday operation ! Right price/performance ratio. Previous reservation is essential. Critical parking situation.

Tricky and rude. We booked 12 rooms through *********** 1 year ago. We checked and have been in contact with the hotel many times to cancel / add rooms and verify the booking, everything was fine and confirmed. At the arrival we have been informed that the reservation was cancel with the excuse that the credit card used for the booking was expired. They kept the rooms though and offered them at more than 50% higher price. We were in desperate need for the rooms so we had to accept. We tried to find an agreement with no success, the receptionist (Mr. Johnny Lobitz) has been very rude for all the period and blocked us the rooms till the full payment for all period was not received ... Never again!!!
