Bristoria Hotel Erbil

Staying in this hotel was not my own choice; the airline booked it as my flight was delayed. However, from the first contact, security check, to the in-checking at the reception, the staff were kind, polite, professional and very helpful. They got out of their way and arranged my transportation to the airport and stayed in contact all the way. The breakfast buffet was excellent; a very broad range of choices. Location is very convenuent; a 5 min ride to the center and there are both shops and cafeterias nearby.

The room is clean the bed is comfy the staff is really great the guys especially, the reception team Abdullah and mahdi also the breakfast was good with good iteams , and super service we will come back i used already to come here and its a second home

A great hotel that offers a welcoming experience along with a professional and friendly service. Breakfast is lovely and is a wide range of options, an outdoor pool with chairs to relax. Room was spacious The front of house staff and all staff were amazing to deal with and could not be more helpful if they tried.

The good feelings about this hotel started even before I checked in. The manager, Haider did welcome me when I was in a long transit in Istanbul on my way to Erbil. Due to change of my flight schedule, I arrived very early and tired in the morning. I was welcomed with a smile by the receptionist. Got my room instantly so I could go to sleep. The next many days my wife and I felt this hotel as being our home abroad and the staff our family. I can only recommend Bristoria. They are always prepared to help you and to make to stay most enjoyable. Not to mention, the spacy rooms, the outdoor color-changing pool and all the other facilities that are just perfect. I have stayed at many hotels worldwide and never experienced such an open hearted hospitality. Many thanks to Haider and his staff. Dont waste your time to look for other hotels in Erbil. Bristoria is simply the best!

The internet was very fast and rest room and shower were clean and the breakfast was convinient also the location was close to the football arena i really appreciate the clean shower and the staff were so prof issional
