Premier Inn London Southgate

We will not be going back. Key cards would not work, people had to be shown to their rooms. Lack of staff meant queues were horrendous. No management on site meant staff were overwhelmed and started to become abrupt and rude.

A clean hotel great lighting that just makes the ambience of the hotel very relaxing… Great service from all staff from the Manager Rashid who pays attention to detail and stops what he is doing to come and help out with room issues. Duty Manager and multi tasked Laylee who’s forever quick on her feet 👣 and very thoughtful in discussing the Menu with customers. Linda is majestic and quick on the orders and helps out in the kitchen to and checks up on residents Then comes in Lady Hanan another Duty Manager with her cool and calm 🫠nature always on the look out incase you require adjustments on your menu. A great thanks to Foyaj who will see your need and preferences and act without you having to keep asking, and Robert in his ever glowing pink hair will also serve you whilst giggling and smiling 🤭 away. When it comes to your meals we have Chef Mark with a loud laughter and Chef Kane who makes a lovely chicken Pizza 🍕 and chicken wings and the Steak 🥩 she is spot on and for Fish 🐠 and Chips 🍟 I give it to Chef Sarah from New South Gate branch For breakfast we have Chef Lazlo who takes orders for vegetarian sausages and brings them over to your table. The cleaners do a great job too. These guys have a fluid team spirit down to earth My recommendation for the aircon is 21* The curtains would do with some adjustment as light comes in from the corners

Highly recommended. Room was nice and comfortable. Service has been excellent throughout our stay. Foyaj was really helpful. Always ready to help on anything. We were staying with our 2 toddlers. We received fresh bedsheets and blankets even at late night

The food was great and the service was even greater Chef Laszlo paid attention to detail like providing us with vegan sausages and poached eggs They even heated our croissants and au Paine Overal it was absolutely amazing experience and we look forward to visit again

I came here for breakfast, not as a guest. It was recommended by a family member. The breakfast was nice and hot, chef laszlo was friendly and customer service from laylee was excellent. Hotel is clean and quiet. 5 minutes away from Southgate Station.

A very good place and a lovely staff! We had food and enjoyed our time in this hotel. Every employee was doing his/her best to help us. A good price for a great hotel! I'll definitely go back there!

Great and Excellent service from all staff at the reception. More so from Jaber and Rashid the manager have been extremely helpful. We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Will definitely recommend others to stay here. Great location. Dr A Hussain

This is typical Premiere Inn hotel (I like this chain). Stayed there because of location as I needed to be in North London/Southgate. Its also a minute walk form the Tube station and parade of shops so still convenient. However the price was more central London rather zone 4
