Through the help of other guests checking in cards were taped to the keys with our names on them. Dinner was available upon request. And a good meal it was. Breakfast was included and it was good. The room is bigger than the average room in the UK, the facilities in the room are complete, and the service staff are very warm and friendly. "An amazing time in a fantastic hotel. We've stayed in some nice hotels in our time, but this is probably the best so far. From the the moment you turn off the A142 into the drive you know your in for a treat. Everything is exceptionally clean, tidy and detailed. We stayed in the swan room (room 17) which was exceptional, very comfortable bed, roll top bath (to keep the wife happy) and a separate shower. Evening meal was brilliant, a very good menu although we both decided to go for the steak on the night which was the nights special and it was outstanding, the best steak I've had in a long while. Breakfast was very nice, especially the fresh pain au chocolate and croissants. We can't wait to return for our wedding anniversary, a special night in a very special hotel. Keep up the good work, well done everyone. "

"This room needs to be checked in after 3pm, but you can store your luggage if you arrive early. The reception staff is very enthusiastic. The house is clean and very spacious, a typical British room. The surrounding environment is really beautiful, it is worth spending a day to appreciate it slowly. It is worth mentioning that the breakfast coffee is very, very delicious, and the lady's craftsmanship is really good! The only unpleasant thing is that the Ctrip staff forwarded incomplete information about the store, which caused us to wait outside for a long time.
