"10 day stay, got there in early hours met by chap named Alex, sat us down which we found strange? Had a big book out and other pre-filled documents, i.e. Room tax form, asked us to email Jet 2 hotel form to the hotel? Why I have no clue? All took time , it's late we are tired, can it not be done in the morning? Anyway we got to bed eventually, room was no107 right on top of pool and close to bar area, fairly basic smallish room with large comfortable double bed which took up most of the space, bathroom was good, shower great, room cleaned everyday, never cooked as we were b&b , has a toaster hob and fridge minimal utensils. First morning we went down for breakfast, only one other couple there, waited 35 mins for cooked full breakfast half of it cold other half was hot , tbf we didn't wait long on the rest of the days, but the quality wasn't consistent, sometimes good sometimes not. Found the prices at the bar were a little steep, certainly compared to neighbouring ones, when I did mention this to one of the chaps there it didn't go down well, but small 20cl Prosecco 12 euros??? Come on now? Seems to be chap named Nikos and lady Evelyn, I think? In the morning, and Alex did afternoon/evening, they are all friendly and speak good English, the pool area is very good with excellent comfy sunbeds and umbrellas, the sea front right outside which we had a few dips in it was ace! Lots of nice restaurants on the strip into main Elounda which is 10/15 mins stroll. The Alikes is in a really good spot but go self catering and try the other places for Brekkie. Also lastly there's the extras! 10 nights air con a whopping 96Euro! Safe 21 Euro , Room Tax 15 Euro, and late room checkout 40 Euro, total of 172 , in many years of coming to Greece easily one of the most expensive place we've stayed. Summing up there seemed to be guests there who have been before, would we go back? No."

"Ficámos aqui por 4 noites.Eu tinha reservado um quarto de vistas para o mar, MAS eles disseram que era melhorado para um quarto com jacuzzi.Enquanto o jacuzzi era bonito e relaxante, o panorama do mar era bastante limitado, o que era um pouco desapontador. A propriedade está localizada EM UMA parte remota e pacífica Da ilha, com excelente acesso à Internet e um fitness decente no ar livre.Uma vez que está à direita do mar, você Pode desfrutar de caminhar ou correr Ao Longo Da costa para a cidade mais próxima, Mavrikianon. Uma coisa importante é que a propriedade não tem acesso directo ao mar. Para nadar, você precisa ir para a Praia Plaka, que requer um mínimo de gasto de 40 € por pessoa para usar as camas de sol, ou para a Praia Mavrikianon, que é muito mais barato a 5 € por pessoa por todo o dia. A Praia Mavrikianon é muito agradável e perto de mercados onde você pode comprar bebidas, e também há alguns bons locais de comida e bebida, como o bar de Rudi, um pub de estilo britânico e Porto Rino, que serve grandes pizzas. Ele DEU a impressão de Entrar numa zona de alta segurança, não um resort de férias relaxante. Em geral, foi uma boa experiência com algumas características bonitas, mas pelo preço, não é confortável e conveniente em algumas áreas-chave. - Não."

"The location is amazing, the people working in the hotel are hospital, generous, incredible. George, the manager in the restaurant - he is sameone who will absolutely go extra miles to make guests happy. The villa itself has everything you need - starting from the kitchen appliances and utensils and finishing with the pool with salty water and wonderful view. The food is delicious and the nature is beautiful. Minuses: if you take full board - be ready that the menu in the restaurant is the same, it doesn’t change and the choice is limited. If you go for 3 days - it is fine, but If it is a week or more - you will be bored with the same food if not slightly irritated. George and the team will do everything to diversify your meals though. The beach - it is 15 minutes of drive by a comfy minimus. However the beach is small, the bottom is not pleasant at all, covered with stones. There are beautiful beaches at the Crete but without care it can be complicated to travel. The villa is amazing, although it is quite costly and, to be honest, needs some repairing works, particularly the bathrooms. It feels like the hotel needs a more committed senior management who would take good care of the hotel employees and the guests. Specials thanks to the employees of the hotel and to George in particular who love their motherland and are committed to what they do, for making our stay joyful. All the best!"

"We enjoyed a week holiday here. Our room was lovely, clean and spacious. Our children enjoyed the pools and slides. The food was ok but we were disappointed by the drink situation. At dinner there was only wine, beer or soft drinks available on tap and the beer and wine weren’t very nice. There seemed to only be the main bar open in the evening and there was limited seating outside and inside was set out like a canteen. There was also always a queue. Enjoyed the holiday overall."
