Nossa estadia no Clarion Inn foi muito boa, funcionários são o destaque, muito simpaticos e solicitos nos ajudando inclusive com transporte pois taxi em Elmira é muito dificil de conseguir

Overall very nice. Two suggestions, the coffee machine should have more tea options, some sugar, milk/cream and the shower heads should be cleaned to have proper shower.

Staff was rude, key cards did not consistently work in the side door, plastic water glasses are so thin and flimsy you can’t pick them up. May not sound like much until they spill everything on your dress before you leave for a family funeral. Desk chair peeling so badly it comes off on your slacks! Luggage racks are few and very far between! Manager does not know that signs on the back of room doors state check out time is 12:00. Would not give us bereavement rate as we booked thru a third party, just unbelievable! Will not stay there again!!

Great nights sleep. The beds are super comfortable and the room was so quiet.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. If you are in Elmira I highly recommend this hotel.

i last stayed here in 2019. the halls and rooms havent been freshened since then. they ARE very clean and in excellent condition, but tans and browns are no longer de jure
id stay here again the next time im in town, for sure!
