We had a father son trip. 6 dads and 6, 12 year old boys. I wondered how the staff would react seeing a bunch of boys walking in around midnight. Victor, the night attendant went out of his way to ensure we had a quality stay. He opened up the pool for the kids and helped get our luggage squared away. The guy was top notch. Not what you expect from customer service in today’s world.

I paid through your site on Oct 20th for the two rooms and then i showed up and they charged me 270 per night for each room ($270 x 4). They only refunded 2 charges and now i am fighting with them to refund me the remaining $540. this is a massive inconvenience as they should have known that it was pre-paid.

We stayed overnight and our visit was just OK. I suppose it’s what we should expect for a budget-friendly stay. It was fine for one night but we will likely stay elsewhere next time.
THE GOOD: Front desk staff were excellent and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was well-stocked and much appreciated. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. I like that they had the 24-hour “market” next to the front desk where we could purchase snacks and such.
THE BAD: Our room was a little outdated and not the cleanest (shower head was caked with soap scum). Beds were uncomfortable. We could hear our upstairs neighbors all night long, but that’s not the hotel staff’s fault, but rather poor building design. The heated indoor pool was a little chilly for our liking, and also didn’t seem well maintained (needs a good cleaning).

Getting to the hotel was a little quirky since you had to go through a gas station parking lot to get to the hotel behind it, but overall we had a great experience. The staff was wonderful. They were very friendly and went above and beyond with service

front desk guy was really rude oversold after i had booked and confirmed. they never gave me a refund. but another guy walked in after me and sold him the room i booked

Bedding was disgusting. Had to request clean bedsheets. Found blood on one bed and green marks all over other. Other couples in our group had stains on their bedding. Brought the issue to there attention, was told the manager would be notfied. I was just simple told , sorry. There didnt appear to be any concern to them.

Easy to check in. Nice and clean. Always wish breakfast was served longer.
Housekeeping started knocking on our door at 10:36 even though privacy sign was up and it was not check out time.
Overall we had a good experience. Thank you!
