The rooms are very nice. Breakfast options are ok, the staff are so friendly. The lobby is nicely decorated. Came in late and couldnt find a handicapped parking spot and had to park in the back.

The clerk told us at 2 that the room would be ready at 3 .she put a rush in. We went out to dinner came bat 5 and room had not been cleaned. No housekeepers working at that time. Had to take a room on 2nd floor. Someone from hotel had called me 2 days before and asked if we wanted handicap or 1st floor. I said 1st floor. No hairdryer in 213.

Everything was okay except the extremely hard beds. The bed felt like sleeping on hard wood.

Everything was nice. The staff was very pleasant. The breakfast food was great and kept very clean throughout the breakfast hours.
The only issue was that the mattress was awful. It was hard, lumpy and basically felt broken and old. I left with back pain I have never had before.
I would stay again, but would request a room with a newer mattress.
