Отель понравился. Чисто, доброжелательно, без суеты. Wi-fi не было, мобильный интернет устойчивый. Рядом красивое озеро. Нас по нему прокатили на катере.

I have booked this hotel to spend 4 nights with my family, the hotel is good according to the price you pay for, even the food is almost the same every day, I have to say the quality is really good, entertainment team do their best to engage with the clients, special thanks to Samuel Rodriguez, very professional, the rooms are not the biggest however it is equipped with all need it to have a good time including hot water, room 103 very well cleaned.

The road to the hotel was surprisingly good, and very picturesque when driving over the dam. The hotel looks a bit tired, but the room was fine and the bathroom very good. We had a view over the pool and lake, which was wonderful at sunrise. There was an interconnecting door with the next room which had absolutely no sound-proofing, so we could hear everything they said and the TV blaring into the early hours. There was entertainment outside until about 10.30pm which was very loud, but the guests seemed to enjoy it. The food was uninspiring but edible. We took the half-day boat trip to a pretty waterfall and it it had been warmer, we would have swum in the natural pool at the bottom. We were then taken to a lakeside restaurant and served a lovely lunch which included slow-cooked pork: it was the best pork I ate in the fortnight I was in Cuba. Apparently there is also a full-day boat trip to two waterfalls, so we plan to go back and do that one too - I recommend putting on your swimming costume under your clothes, as there is nowhere to change when you reach the waterfall. If you decide to walk up the side of the waterfall, be really careful as the rocks are slippery; I did fall over and came back with a couple of bruises as well as a slightly dented camera.

Hotel en muy buenas condiciones, servicio muy agradable y con todas las condiciones necesarias para pasar unas vacaciones placenteras. La habitación muy limpia y todo lo necesario, los restaurantes muy sabrosos y bien surtidos, una estancia excelente y el personal exquisito. La piscina se llena, es una atracción muy fuerte para muchos.

Me gustó que aunque no tengan un gran equipo de animación hacen lo posible por divertirnos en las noches , quiero agradecer a el animador y cantante arley , a yuniesky sacerio rojas el humorista y al dj , una vista hermosa , excelente comida, todo muy natural

Muy malo el servicio de BAR-PISCINA, primero sino tienen disponibilidad de servicios dígase cerveza en varias ofertas, por qué planifican Pasa Días si los clientes q tienen hospedados no pueden disfrutar del servicio completo por el cual se pagó, los termos en el bar ya cuando abren están repartidos principalmente entre los q vienen de pasa dias. Por lo demás felicitar al dependiente del Bar-Mirador por su excelente trato, atención y especial educación hacia los clientes. Esto por mucho q escribamos la respuesta siempre va hacer la misma "lo lamentamos"...no sigamos lamentando y analicemos las cosas mal echas...

Hoy 30 de marzo estando como huésped en el hotel hace tres días estoy listo para dar mi opinión. Dando las 5 estrellas porque muchas personas la merecen y no siendo así el 100% de sus trabajadores. No sentí una buena bienvenida de manera general y en la forma de otrogar las habitaciones de la señora canosa mayor de la recepción siempre toda sería y para mí nada agradable donde se apagaron las luces a las 10:30 pm y el lobby bar nos dice que no tenía nada que brindar. Algo que fue solucionado al siguiente día por una hermosa y agradable gerente joven que nos escuchó y nos brindó todo el confort necesario. El resto de la estancia ha sido genial y súper recomendable habitación execelente muy cómoda y comidas con muy buen sabor sobre todo en el ranchon. El lugar es muy bonito y sin dudas se vive una experiencia única.

Una estancia espectacular muy buen servicio, buena calidad de la elaboración de los alimentos mejorar la variedad, muy porfecionales beker, kirenia sarmiento, raibel, reinaldito, yoel, daily, la camarera de la 105 y su directora dayana magán

Si t gusta el turismo de naturaleza este es un buen lugar para hospedarte. Cosas buenas Las vistas hermosas, la piscina limpia todo el tiempo, la cerveza en buen precio, la comida del restaurante exquisita, la discoteca abierta hasta tarde con buen ambiente, sala de juegos disponible, los paseos aunque son con particulares estuvieron de 10 (lo mejor del viaje), con excepción que no hubo buena comunicación con las personas que te transportan hasta llegar al nicho y tuvimos que caminar un buen tramo, incluyendo personas mayores. Lo malo Trata q te den habitaciones q no estén en el 1er piso xq tiene una vista fatal. Lleva comida para reforzar xq el la comida del bufet no es la mejor ni más abundante. Consejos Lleva bastante dinero en tarjeta xq todo se cobra x tarjeta. Ve cómoda a los viajes y en tenis preparad@ x si tienes q caminar. Si vas en alguna excursión no t dejes guiar siempre x la guía xq t llevan a restaurantes un poco más caros. Siempre lleva algo d comida para reforzar.
