It was our first time in El Nido, Palawan and fortunately, my niece found Lihim Resorts online. Our experience at Lihim Resort was splendid from the moment we arrived on the premises. All the resorts staff were very lovely and the butler (special mention to Ellie) service were fantastic. We will definitely be back in the future. Lihim Resorts at El Nido, Palawan gave me and my niece the best 2024 holiday we will truly remember. What an awesome way to start the year!

It's really a picturesque spot, perfect for taking lovely pictures as the sun sets. They serve delectable food as well. We went here for the sunset and ended up staying longer. Kudos to their polite and friendly staff; they make us feel valued customers. I forgot the name of one of their waiters who turned into a DJ that night while we were having fun in the pool! We will definitely go back here next time we visit El Nido.

Lihim is one of a kind. We had a great time. Shout out to Jenny of Resa for handling our group very well. She managed to fix our tours and everything we needed excellently. She is very generous of her time and she made sure that we are really in good hands. Good job also to Charlene (OJT) for her excellent service. Thank you for being patient with our family. Kudos also to our wonderful butlers Jude and Leo! They are really reliable and dependable. You really made our stay comfortable!

The resort is beautiful and very private. The best thing in this place is their staff/butlers! They are all very friendly and hardworking! Their Chef Ralph is amazing, not just making great food but he is very engaging to the guests. My husband is very picky eater and he would make food to cater to him. That’s great guest service. Ralph made our stay extra special! The staff made up for some issues we had with room maintenance.

The scenic views and the hospitality of the staff was outstanding. Props to Chef Ralph Dela Rosa was especially accommodating!

I came to this resort by myself and the staff have been incredible. The room is very clean with stunning views. Chef Raph make the best food ever! He is a very experienced chef with a very customer friendly attitude. He made food with some twist to make my experience unique. I live in Los Angeles around a lot Mexican tacos, his chicken tacos were the best I ever had. He made some fresh shrimp in a sauce that tasted so fresh and delicious. He connect the background of the guest with the beautiful location we are at through a food journey!

Most amazing experience! Lihim Resort did not disappoint. From collection from the airport by one of our 2 dedicated butlers. The accomodation, which is beautiful in a lush green tropical location. The restaurants, one, Gana, by the beach with spectacular view of the bay, lovely for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The other Henri's, via a complimentary ride to the restaurant, has an infinity pool and has I believe the best sunset view on the island! Our Butlers, Angelo and Hanna, who planned our days, restaurants bookings, day trips and overall stay were super attentive to make sure our stay was special. El Nido Town was walking distance (25 min), which we did a few times but if you don't want to walk then there is a speedboat or car service available. Would I recommend, Absolutely! Best place to stay in El Nido!

The hotel is behind a mountain, which means the only way in and out is with their transfers in 4x4, that are absurdly expensive. There is a 3 min path through the forest to a point where a tricycle can pick you up, but you need to call them ahead. The description in booking is not accurate, there is no 6 min walking to el nido, it is more 15 min tricycle + 3 min walking. I would have loved to know this in advance, we travel with kids and would have gone for an easier option. The premium villas are up the mountain, you need to go by funicular, which sometimes is not working due to maintenance issues, then you have to get a car up to your villa, both things you should plan ahead, the funicular operator is not always there, neither the cars. Also the funicular is not working early in the morning. The breakfast is supposed to start at 6 am, which is a reasonable hour if you are planning to go to a tour, but the 3 days that we went at that time, not everything was ready. They picked us up from the airport with a pick up, the luggage was behind in the open and arrived completely covered in dust, the butler tried to clean it but it wasn’t easy. There are several things in the villa that weren’t working properly, like hair dryer, really bad smell in the toilet, dirt in the curtains… but those were small issues, the main issue we had is that in our last night our rooms were full of bugs, they were everywhere and it was impossible to sleep like that with bugs crawling over us, so we moved to a much smaller villa down the mountain and they gave us a discount due to the downgrade. The discount was nice and the staff did their best with the situation, but we lost more than 1 hour trying to kill the bugs to sleep there and also in the morning we had to review all the clothes in the luggage and remove the dead bugs after the fumigation. The pool toilets are out of order and you need to go to a first floor. In summary I don’t think the above is acceptable in a 5 starts hotel with the price they have. The tours were absurdly expensive, but I can’t tell if they were nice because we outsourced.
