My friend and I like the hotel so much that we extended our stay there and we did not regret it.

I had a bad experience in this hotel. There was "doritos" (flavored tortilla chips) in the room, I ate it, the big surprise was when I checked out. Doritos price is 500 peso (around 9 dollars)... In Philippine Everything is cheap.. But this hotel increase the prices toooooo much! In a normal market is around 150 peso (3 dollars).

非常差勁，入住並不晚但預留的房間是靠近廚房的（響聲會從凌晨4點一直到晚上11點），後續的處理措施是換到一個Villa的地方，拉着行李過去發現是不到一百人民幣的木屋，第一次遇到降級房型的。食物非常差勁但由於位置偏僻也衹能選擇吃，不想活的話推薦這家給你。

This place is very beautiful, beautiful beach and beautiful setting. The big problem is the noise, we were promised relaxing and tranquil but there was loud music from the hotel behind and other karaoke on the beach that meant each day we were kept awake until 4am. The other problems included the service, we were not given adequate information when checking in, no WiFi and no safety information for our tent. This was very frustrating. Lots of people around us complained about inconsistent service. Many people in the restaurant complained of waiting a long time for food. Lots of people complained their tents weren’t cleaned when asked etc. All the staff were very nice but there were clearly issues. I would not waste this amount of money to stay here for these reasons but mainly the noise. We had so little sleep in our week long stay and we came away to relax.

Its was an amazing and magical stay. The most wonderful staff members ever who rose to the occasion on our every need. I must say that Im very pleased with the whole experience and I wanted to give a very special thank you to Rica, Joemar, Justin & Jerwin.

Fantastic stay beautiful, paradise location. Amazing beaches and good food. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Rica and Glenn were brilliant with customer service even arranging A Teams interview for me. Justin was so helpful with everything we needed. John tour friendly guard woke me at 6.30am so I could see 90 baby turtles released into the sea. A fabulous touch of paradise Deb and Sid

Amazing place. Such a beautiful location that really blew our minds when we arrived and enter inside with warm welcome by staff. Our deep thanks to Jina for making magic happen with her superb team. People are very accommodating and they cater to almost all your needs. So relaxing and very clean. The beach has crystal clear waters with the perfect turquoise blue when the sun is high up. We spent 6 nights there and I wish we had extended our stay even more. Highly recommend it!
