It has a fridge and microwave which is nice and I like the room its very clean. Everyone is friendly and kind that works here too.

Hotel was horrible , paid for a king size bed , only got a Queen . When asked , they said that’s the king size for them . I wonder if the king size bed is from another country , cuz the USA king size is almost 2 mt by 2 mt . Horrible experience.

Management and staff are friendly kind , for being in the heart of El cajon place is clean , affordable, felt like home . Beds are comfortable pet friendly they make you feel warm and special. The night staff is excellent doesn't matter what time they always answer. Glad to be here

Was not clean, Bed was in bad shape, dead and live roaches in the room. Staff was friendly, but the room was not up to standard. Most rooms are rented to homeless it seemed like. I did not even try the food.

Been staying here for the last 3 weeks the people that run this place from the front desk to the cleaning staff are class acts .The rooms are clean with fridge microwave,flatscreen TVs free hbo cold ac hot water great water pressure all the things I look for in a hotel stay . Has been a pleasant stay overall just wish there was a grocery store closer

The overall experience is very positive the staff was helpful friendly to maids were available the rooms were clean not one bug the whole time I was there. If I had to come back here again I would I recommend the hotel good location good service good people even though it's in the heart of El cajon this is one place that is worth the trip.

I am enrolled in the motel voucher program. I really enjoy staying here at the Travelodge in El Cajon. The staff here is amazing. Their customer service is excellent. They know all of the customers by their first names. They are very considerate and understanding to my needs. I will recommend them to my friends and family any day of the week

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times.The atmosphere around the hotel is ok. There is a Jack in the box, a bank,The Golden Coral,a car dealer, a local store, and numerous places to eat at within 2 blocks. The gas station/store is open 24 hours in within walking distance. I frequently stay at this hotel,I have health issues, and the staff accommodates me very well. I always have clean linen, the water pressure to take a shower has been very adequate. The maids come and clean every other day. My 2 dogs love it when we stay at this location.I stay to myself and very rarely do I get bothered by anyone. The management staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel maintenance is quick to fix any problems that may arise. The maids ,I have always received excellent service. Even if they seem to be having a rough day they will give you a smile. I frequently utilize the service at the hotel. Very pet friendly. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay.
