"Muito bom hotel"

"Stayed here 22/8/26 to 27/8/26 visiting family We received a warm welcome and given advice on facilities. We booked a superior room through *******, and stayed in room number 112 breakfast and evening meal included however we like to eat out. We did try evening meals twice it was ok. Rooms were clean but missed the cleaning morning after our arrival. Even though we put the sign for cleaning on the door. I don’t understand this when plenty of staff were around the corridor. Just to be aware, I took a bottle of water I’d paid for out off the mini bar in the room and took it into the dining room, one off the waiters sighed a receipt to say I had bought it in the restaurant. I showed the receptionist with dark hair I don’t know her name? our signatures on our cards that didn’t match the signature on receipt. who took our payment for lots off items from the mini bar, main bar, and restaurant. So we wasn’t charged. The morning we left we were charged for a Coke. We’d bought a large bottle of Coke from the shop and left half a bottle in the room. Well when I questioned this with the receptionist, the receptionist (with dark hair) who we paid our last bill was stood in reception and questioned when I mentioned we hadn’t had the coke and left half of a bottle from the store. She pulled a face and spoke to her colleague. Well we just paid for the coke I just couldn’t be bothered to say anymore. So just be aware I’m a honest person I was absolutely disgusted. The beds were comfortable and shower was great. We didn’t use any of the other facilities in the hotel. The hotel is a short walk from the centre of the city. Would we stay again probably but I’d be wary due to the fact I was made to feel dishonest"

"É Muito conveniente no Centro Da cidade.Cheguei cedo de manhã, MAS entro facilmente no quarto. À noite, bebi UMA xícara de vinho no bar, que também Pode ser USADA Como UMA máquina de valor, MAS o preço é relativamente barato. O café Da manhã também é delicioso."

"Great room and plenty of space but minimal on the bath accessories. No soap or conditioner. They supplied 2 small pouches of body wash but no wash cloth. No shampoo or conditioner or bar soap. Good location, 15 mins from the train station and less than 10 mins to the castle or eateries."

"Muito grande, são dois hotéis juntos, e a refeição é boa.Em Eger é um BOM hotel, muitos turistas locais estão nadar e a estação de baliza."

"A higiene é boa, o pequeno-almoço é bom, o serviço é basicamente BEM comunicado. Leva UMA roupa de banho para desfrutar Da sauna no hotel. O endereço está no Meio Da estação ferroviária e Da Cidade antiga. Não há Nada EM torno dele. Não há UMA Loja EM SEU quarto, não há UMA lata de água quente. A lata de banho Pode Entrar Na Há que prestar atenção Ao tempo de saída Muito Mais Cedo do que o hotel geral."

"O número, Como Na foto, está tudo lá.Mas.Mas!!!! O fecho Da porta está partido, não reparado, o quarto não mudou.A porta para o banheiro não está fechada. Alimentos noutro edifício, minutos no 5-10 do hotel, normal, de 7 a 10, mas para 9.40 há pouco esquerdo. As camas, as camas e as cobertores são bons, e geralmente são feitas de estilo, MAS as paredes já estão um pouco rachadas."

"Registrar rapidamente através da aplicação, boa localização no centro da cidade, todas as vistas estão próximas, na sala limpa, confortável cama, estacionamento está perto do hotel vizinho porque há poucos lugares aqui."
