"The room was very clean, but there were bugs outside, so remember to keep the windows closed. The water heater needs to be adjusted manually, otherwise, the default temperature won't be hot enough. There's no air conditioning downstairs, so it gets quite stuffy, but it's better upstairs with AC. Also, be aware that the water left out is rainwater and not safe for drinking."

"The location was good and close to the main part of the town a sort 7 minute ride by car. Unfortunately the accommodation was not as the pictures had shown on their website, the rooms and decor were very tired looking and dated, the bathroom and toilet were run down and needed a refurbishment. The gym could only be accessed though a construction site and the 13 pools that were advertised on their resort app were no where to be found, I would not recommend staying at this resort."

"Positives - the air conditioner worked well and the pool was kept clean. "Casino" is a loose term, 20 old pokies machines in the foyer was the only thing happening there so don't go expecting anything more. No food or drink available at the 'resort', and no fridges in the room is poor. TV in room has 2 channels - one which can't be viewed. Communication around the airport bus transfer wasn't great either."

"Passámos 11 dias maravilhosos EM memórias do Pacífico Sul, no passado Julho.Não posso dizer o suficiente sobre este resort, levaria o dia todo para escrever.O resort é Muito único, apenas 4 bungalows e 8 convidados a um tempo.O resort está localizado Cerca de um dia. 7-8 km da cidade de Port Vila.A cidade pode ser aluguel de carro se você tiver um ou levando a 1.5km caminhar para a paragem de autocarro.Anne e Petter (os proprietários) estão no local todo o tempo para procurar suas necessidades. Anne é chefe, e Petter olha para a mergulha (PADI 5*).O pessoal é Grande.Os bungalows são Cerca de 600 metros de tamanho, Grande quarto e cadeira e um banheiro muito grande. O telhado de TOPO de tamanho TEM UMA área escada e UMA área de tanque solar.O alimento é excelente, tudo preparado por Anne e SUA equipe.De pequeno-almoço a jantar (um jantar de 4 curso) tudo é óptimo. Eles até prepararam um pequeno-almoço para nós, porque o Nosso barco de mergulho iria levar-nos às 7:30.Obrigado novamente Anne, Petter e o Pessoal por serem UMA Das melhores estadias de todos OS nossos anos de viagem."

"Stayed here for 2 nights with my family of 4. Mixed feelings as the location is spectacular, particularly once the tide fills the little bay out the front which made it great for my kids to swim without any worries. As you exit the little bay and snorkel to the right the coral is really exceptional but need to be careful of the currents as there is a rip. We had a family bungalow which was large and comfortable enough. Shower was cold and a trickle though and there were quite a few mosquitoes around. Restaurant and bar area is a nice open space and food was ok We did a fishing trip with them which I wouldn't recommend at all. Boat and fishing gear had all seen better days and 'guides' had no idea"

The Havannah Vanuatu - Exclusively for Adults
"Oh My!!!! What a wonderful place to stay. The Havannah ticked all the boxes... No Kids!, max 34 guests, extremely quiet, no motorised water sports (no jetski noise etc), a la carte for brekky lunch and dinner included in the room rate. Lots of free watercraft - single and 2 person kayaks, Hobi cat, stand up paddleboards. Also free use of snorkelling gear. The very close coral isn't spectacular, but the staff will advise which way to swim to see the better coral. There were still many very colourful fish to see, and 2 x large (30cm across) anemones just off the beach along with their resident clown fish. If you look carefully, you will often see turtles and dugongs just off the beach. We also saw a pod of dolphins out in the deeper water. For those who like to go fishing, you can book to do just that, and also book other tours, remote picnics, snorkelling etc. The meals at The Havannah are amazing! Every mouthful is a carefully curated taste experience. No seasoning necessary! And there was absolutely nothing we ate where we thought - 'needed a little more' anything. Every morsel was just perfect. The chefs here are very much world class! Every staff member was so very cheerful, helpful, kind and caring. The beach and views are amazing. Waters are crystal clear and often glassy if there is little breeze. We drank many cocktails, spirits etc for 6 nights and the total cost was only just over $300Australian - incredibly good value. The complimentary pickup from the airport took away all stress. They even tell you the evening before what time they will take you the next day to the airport. The road from Port Havannah to Port Vila is not in a good way at present, but you need to remember this is a developing country with not much population and many islands for the government to look after. The bus was aircondioned and comfy - so we just took in the views. We WILL be going back!"

O Pessoal é Muito amigável e tenta o SEU Melhor.Agora, para o pequeno-almoço, não posso Mesmo começar a expressar minha desilusão.No papel, o pequeno-almoço Grande Parece Muito bom no menu.Ovos, bacon, torradeira, metade de banana, algumas facas de pomelo e dois salsichas. O bacon foi cozido sob cozinha, ovos fritos eram duros e secos, o pão branco usado para fazer a torrada causava o nível de açúcar do meu marido subir na área alta 19 e as salsichas estavam cheias de conservantes especícos Peças de ozes marrom enchedas de peles de salsicha.Tudo saborizou terrível.A equipe cozinhava o bacon um pouco Mais gentilmente e estava extremamente bonito com ele.Eu não tinha a energia de queixar-me sobre as salsichas e ovos, MAS comi-o no estilo escolar. Espero que haja melhorias, MAS só vou ter o café até o pequeno-almoço melhorar."

"Before our arrival here we read few reviews and decided this might be the right place to stay. Our experience goes far beyond our expectation. This little hotel is run by the kindest staff on Earth. Juliette is the leader of the team which is discrete, polite and efficient. At check-in she provided us the room upgrade because of the minor issue with the celling fan. She give us a little Christmas tree to decorate saying simply "It's Christmas time". She gave us her phone to place important calls abroad. Whatever we asked for, Juliette and her team accomplished instantly. If you add to this that the hotel is located in a beautiful and calm Mele bay, that we shared the beach with only few other guests, we can resume the whole experience in one word: perfect! If there is a downside aspect of this stay than we would mention the accses road which is in a pretty bad condition. Also, ordering breakfast is little confusing because you get the basics (coffee, toast jam, cereals) for free, but all the extras (eggs, ssusage etc.), we had to pay."

Facilities are amazing: kayaks, SUPs and snorkels you can borrow, pool, gym and shop, plus you can book for the staff to take you on a boat tour spotting dugongs or to another reef. The team here are truly amazing and really go above and beyond to ensure you have the best holiday"

To relax and enjoy the beautiful island with locals was incredibly special, the food amazing and to operate so sustainably, filtered drinking water and solar power, was an added plus for us."

"Off the beaten track, spectacular location. Beautiful Villa amazing staff, you could stay and never leave. The gardens the pool the snooping out the front were all great. Spacious rooms, cleaned daily with any requests met with a smile. comfy bed and pillows. The only noise was the sound of the waves abs the birds. Fully self sufficient with great restaurants within 10/15 mins. We think it was good value for money. Would suggest hiring a car."
