Reservei um quarto duplo com duas semanas de antecedência, mas me disseram que ele não estava lá quando fiz o check-in. A cama de solteiro era estreita como um hashi e poderia cair quando eu me virasse. Fiquei muito impaciente quando pedi ao garçom que falasse sobre isso. Interrompi-me. Tive que usar um jantar de graça como compensação. O café da manhã não estava bom, mas o jantar seria melhor, então recusei. Você recebe pelo que pagou. Se quiser se sentir bem, não venha ~

We really enjoyed staying here....although the room never had a kettle for tea ,coffee etc, you could still get a drink free downstairs. The rooms are compact but they have everything you need and lets face it you won't be staying there for weeks on end. Not much on menu..pizza or panini but we actually enjoyed the panini heated and a beer.
Staff very helpful nothing too much trouble for them and thanks for the extra pillows. The boys from Latvia and Lithuania. They certainly had their hands full when coach arrived with customers.
Breakfast bit limited be nice to have something hot to eat but apart from that we loved our stay and hope to definitely come back

This is a basic hotel. But having stayed in Ibis hotels before I was aware and comfortable with this fact. Asking staff is never a problem. Things like extra pillows etc. Tea and coffee facilities are not in the room but are available for free in the bar/reception area.
I stayed in a Family/Triple Room. The room was compact but it is important to note that privacy is at a premium. The shower and wash basin are part of the main room. The shower door only having frosted glass for privacy. The toilet is behind a door at least.
The location is great. It is opposite the Gyle Centre with Tram links to the Airport. The Tram also heads towards Newhaven taking in Princes Street etc. Rail links are handy also.
This hotel is great if you need to get your head down after a day out in Edinburgh or you have a flight to catch then this place is ideal.

The issue that we had was that the rooms were not cleaned daily by the room service. When we asked it to be cleaned, the shower was not cleaned.
The rooms are too small and the shower had a transparent door which is not acceptable when you are staying with a family.
The amenities provided by them are good. In the lobby they provide free tea and coffee 24/7.
