The hostel is well located, it is close to most of the tourist places. The only issue we had was with the service, we were rushing in the morning to check-out on time (February 10, 2024) and leave our luggage in the proper room. In the afternoon when we returned, we realized our polaroid camera was not with us and we had two options, it was left behind the room’s door or it was on the luggage room, so we kindly ask the people at the reception to help us checking in the room. There was a guy (with mustache) and a girl (with shaved head) both of them started making faces at each other as if we were bothering them with our request (save to say they were alone at the reception, they were not doing any specific activity). We finally found our camera at the luggage room, and they were clearly bothered by the fact we kindly ask the guy to go to the room and check. After that, we stayed for about 2 hours at the lounge, and when buying a couple of sodas, the girl gave us an annoyed look as if she didn’t want to even see us, same happened when we asked them to open the door to take our bags and leave. Service is the most important to us when going to any place, and this type of attitudes just left us pretty disappointed, which would be their attitude if there was a real problem? Are they going to be annoyed because people request something that requires them just to stand up and move for 5 minutes or less?
