Decepção total na nossa primeira estadia no Premier Inn. Sem frigobar no quarto, tive dificuldade em convencê-los a me dar mais gelo para compressa. Tamanho do quarto ok, mas sem bancada para mala. Wi-Fi ruim. No café da manhã fomos barrados pois não encontraram nosso nome e levou um tempo até se encontrarem. Quando entramos descobrimos que não tem queijo e presunto, inacreditavelmente. Passamos o dia fora e não arrumaram nosso quarto, não tiraram lixo, etc. Enfim, por mim não volto.

We really enjoyed our 3-night stay at this Premier Inn. Room and bed excellent as usual, our room also had a wing armchair which was really nice and not something I've seen at a PI before. In-house Thyme restaurant was good with the usual excellent buffet breakfast. Staff were uniformly cheerful and helpful. Free car park and really convenient location literally next door to the tram stop for the city centre, which at £3.80 return for the 15-minute journey to Princes Street was an absolute bargain. Compare car parking in the city centre which was £8.20 _per hour_!

Have stayed here many times over the years and have always returned. After the most recent stay I have my doubts. Shocking WiFi has spoiled what should be a relaxing stay. A previous stay had a notice at reception stating WiFi problems. After several months the WiFi is not any better and that was staying in a premier plus room. If you are in Edinburgh for business I would not recommend staying here.

Excellent location, easy transport links, free parking, spotless room, would definitely stay again. Very easy to get in and out of Edinburgh.

I came to explore Edinburgh. I picked this hotel because it had a car-park and was minutes from the tram which took me into the city centre. As expected, the room was clean and the breakfast fantastic.

Have stayed many times when visiting friends in Edinburgh and Glasgow. Perfect for airport, rail and tram. The best Premier Inn I have visited. The Premier Plus room was a nice first time experience.
