Great location, near tram and bus stops, 5 mins on tram to Waverley Station. Keyless entry to an excellent apartment (apt 3), very spacious apartment with high ceilings and tasteful decor. Well appointed kitchen and large lounge area, double bedroom with comfy bed and a walk in wardrobe. Spacious shower/bathroom with beautiful tiles. Excellent value for money, we would definitely stay here again.

It was one of the most beautiful apartments I've stayed in. Perfect for coming to Edinburgh. I'm definitely coming back. 10 out of 10. Perfect location and easy walking distance to everything Edinburgh has to offer. Stayed with my partner, and she picked this Perfect

The unit was clean, comfortable, large and had a nice view of the main street below. The upstairs apt entrance is located in an alleyway behind a locked, gate. Code is given of course. We didn't use the kitchen except for the refrigerator but it appeared to be well stocked with utensils, pot, and pans.

A wonderful stay at an apartment that quickly felt like home. Everything was immaculately clean, the linens fresh, and the bed very comfortable. I'll take this over a hotel room any day of the week. Also - the little things like a kettle and a Nespresso were a welcoming touch.

A beautiful old building well-located for visiting Edinburgh. The apartments have been upgraded to a good standard and provide ample space. The biggest drawback is the lack of attention to cleanliness. The sofa in our apartment looked and smelled like it had not been cleaned for months. The management addressed this problem but it was quite off-putting. Servicing of the rooms is not very frequent - once every seven days for linens and towels. No cleaning appears to be done in the bathroom and bathroom supplies are not replenished (we had to ask).

Everything you need , clean and well laid out , the only issue I had was the hardness of the mattress, its a personal thing but I found it much too hard, a topper would have made a big difference- in every other way its a perfect apartment

Location was close to the main attractions, many bus stop within walking distance. Comfortable and spacious place. Kitchen was equipped to prepare simple meals, would have been better if they provided some cooking oil, salt, pepper.
Bathroom is in very good condition.
No lift and we were on the highest floor, had to carry the luggage up the stairs.
Came with washer dryer, which was useful for a long stay. But they only provided 2 laundry capsule.

Enjoyed a 2-night stay in September 2023. Flat was very spacious for a couple (the largest we stayed at of 5 different Ireland and Scotland rentals on our holiday) and a great blend of preserved Victorian elegance and modern conveniences. Walkable for two recent retirees to Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile and Waverly train station. We used a cab to reach the flat from the airport but tram would have also worked. Treat yourself to Scottish food and brews at Nicholson’s Freehouse on the same block for great pub and sports atmosphere.
