Honestly was not expecting to be check in and out to be anywhere as easy as it was!!! The staff were very accommodating and helpful. They explained everything I needed to know. Very helpful in explaining how to get my room and how charges work. So easy that I will be staying with them every time I go to Minneapolis! With out a doubt I highly recommend staying here.

A nice place in a nice neighbourhood. A mall on a walking distance and the hotel is nice with good beds and friendly staff.

Pool area closed, I paid for a room and they tried to give me a different room for the same amount, was sent to a dirty room then sent to the 3rd room that a “manager cleaned” but it still had dirty towels and a soda in it. Then remote did not work. I was told the parking would be removed for my inconvenience and it was not. Bed not comfortable.

Comfortable bed and shower. Clean room. Breakfast items were very limited and some expired (boiled packaged eggs). No microwave in my room. Pool unavailable. Good for sleeping nothing more.

I believe one of the receptionists’ name is Jonathan. He who needs a little work on his mannerisms as I was left very unsatisfied. I was being treated with no respect from the beginning.
I hope he can treat others with respect!
On the other hand, the General Manager, Randy was also snarky as he was rude to me on the phone and would not let me speak.
I hope you guys can work on your communication skills and learn to realize everyone is a person who deserves to be treated as one.

This hotel is beautiful and so well maintained! The rooms are spacious and clean and the beds/pillows are very comfortable.
The staff is probably some of best in the service industry that I have encountered and I am grateful for their help.
We already have another weekend booked at the same location ♥

Beautiful hotel, very clean and great service. The breakfast is ala carte and the pool was closed for repairs. The pool at the neighboring hotel was available to use.
