This hotel showed up when I filtered for a pool. The hotel did not have a pool or hot tub. This was priced like a high end hotel but was anything but. I ended up with hives everywhere my dress wasn’t while sitting on the couch. The front desk was willing to cancel the night and let us check out but the trip app is still refusing the refund of the second night. There was no apology for couches being wool, as I am allergic.
I spent 3 hours trying to resolve this, so I could get back to my romantic weekend in my home town, only booked for the pool and hot tub.

Inadequate lighting in the room; heating/cooling unit smelled a bit and at times was noisy. An in room microwave would have been nice

Room, bathroom, and beds were great. Staff was very friendly. Checkin was fast and easy. Only minor cons were could have had another chair and little more closet space.

About what you’d expect for the price. Our room was not fully cleaned- dirty sock wedged behind the bench, urine stains on the toilet base, peeling ceiling in the bathroom. Hotel has clearly done updates like new carpet, updated lobby /etc that was nice. Staff a little strange- they asked if we “really” needed the ADA room that we’d booked thru ******* which seems kind of inappropriate to ask? All in all fine hotel for a quick one night crash but not much more.

Large bathroom..wonderful.
Breakfast good, eggs, sausage, (rock hard) potatoes, toast, pancakes, boiled egg, dry cereal, bagels, no yogurt or bananas, just apples.

Stayed here for a college graduation at UWEC. Close to shops, restaurants and less then 10 minutes from campus.

Last time I stayed there it was an excellent room. This time horrible. Bad bed, room was in between elevator and ice machine and flood lights outside our window.
