The elevator was filthy dirty with a horrible smell. They stated breakfast was included and was open between 5:30 am and 6:00 am. We went to breakfast at 6:30 am but there was nothing other than toast and waffles. We asked the desk clerk and he said the roads are bad so I don’t know when breakfast will arrive! Would not consider this hotel again.

I’ve always liked this property and usually stay here.
Unfortunately the Internet Service was out dated and non existent during my stay.
Very unfortunate as I will no longer be coming here as I need to have a reliable internet connection for my business.

This place was great…breakfast was lovely and the people working were so helpful. It was great to sit in the hot tub at the end of a long chilly day and then head to the bar and relax. Nice location and great amenities.

Arrived at 7:30pm. Got the 2 rooms as we asked for. Being next to each other. Left to go get dinner and came back to swim. Went to bed, and found that the one bed under the comforter was soaked in beer. The sheets were soaked down to the mattress. Now I found why the heavy smell of cleaner. Absolutely disgusting. Now I need a new room and that room has the poorest water pressure. Rm215
Won't stay there again.

Room was dirty and had bugs crawling on the bathroom walls and tub and bug excrement on the walls. Was not sure what kind of bugs they were and asked for a different/clean room. Next room was not much cleaner and had a musty odor. We will not be returning and do not recommend.

This was the very best place I have stayed at in years, Cleanliness, Fantastic hospitality from the Staff ( Jocelyn is a rare gem ) Best Western should acknowledge this one) breakfast was great, entire place very much felt like a home away from home. Thank you for the wonderful facility!
