I don’t know if all rooms are the same but in room 205, the toilet seat was so low!! The beds weren’t very comfy, to me, and they made those noisy springy sounds any time you moved. The breakfast was delicious. The pool was nice and the hot tub is great if you can stand having your eyes burn! A little more expensive than other hotels I was looking at, but I would stay again. Very friendly staff.

Had an early appointment at hospital and Hampton Inn was very close and convenient. The staff were super friendly and the property was in great condition and very clean. Had a 2 queen room and loved that there was 4 pillows on each bed!!! I am pretty picky and would stay again with no question!

Check in person asked why we were here. Got into a conversation with my 17 year old daughter about the college and English degrees within the college.

for $171.42 a night, housekeeping should be done daily. we were not told this, and to have to ask for clean towels is not acceptable. thin walls and floors…kids up and running the halls at 7:30. pillows quite uncomfortable. have always loved hampton inns, but this stay fell short.

Always a solid choice, Hampton is clean, welcoming, and great for business travelers. They achieve a great mark when it comes to outlet; They are near everywhere you'd sit.

We were there for three nights and housekeeping never came. The signage in the room said it would be done every other day, didn’t happen.

The quiet time is clearly posted as 10pm... but the people above us had to be asked by staff to remember there were people below them trying to sleep... and this was after midnight... it was like they were pacing from bathroom to window ever 5 to 10 minutes or something... will remember to request a top floor room next time. Breakfast was great. Room was clean. Bed was nice. Pool was small and the chlorine levels in the air burned eyes from OUTSIDE the pool area... hot tub was nice and hot. Will stay again, ear plugs and eye drops needed.
