You know what to expect with a Premier Inn, however I found the staff here particularly helpful and friendly. I'm visually impaired was made to feel very welcome, with all staff more than happy to help in any way they could. Unfortunately in a lot of places you can be left feeling like you are burdening the staff, not here, every member of staff I engaged with was more than willing to help in any way they could from showing me to my room, ensuring I knew how to get hold of reception if needed, ensuing I knew where items were on the table at breakfast and dinner and helping my use the vending machine to get a drink on my way out.
