They addressed our issue about the door frame was sticking out the screws were pulled out. We needed controller for TV none in room

the staff customer service was awesome
the front desk guy was very nice and friendly
my door would not open with the key the maintenance guy had to change the batteries to the door which I think should have been checked before the guest's arrival. it was rainy and cold we had to wait for him to change the keypad but other than that besides them not having an iron but had an iron board was crazy but it was cool for the time I was there

We decided not to stay due to the condition of the room. While overall, the room seemed clean, the room door itself didnt seem secure, which is unfortunate.

First the room smelled horrible, they have BED BUGS and when we went to tell them the daughter of owner which is in hs, gave me and my partner a big attitude and was calling her friend on phone talking about us. Very unprofessional…gave us a hard time about the refund before we could even do that she canceled my reservation I had already paid for with out telling me and also LIED and got my refund denied

I booked 2 rooms at this hotel. One was ok but still had dirt and dust in corners. The other was kinda dirty and the bathtub was backed up and wouldn't drain.
The walls are very thin so you hear everyone.
The diesel truck idling in front of our room in the early hours was pretty annoying.

Not a very clean place. Heat didnt work right. In need of repairs. Uncomfortable beds. Pillows were needing to be replaced. Mouse poop in the corners if the bathroom floor. Bathroom floor was sticky.

The check-in office was hard to find, behind the on site restaurant. When asked about other dining options, staff just shrugged and walked away. Wouldn't give an extra pillow, only 3 small square things. During breakfast, another staff member was yelling at someone on the phone. Would never go back or recommend
