The bathrooms are updated but the rooms need to be updated as well. The rooms need better bedding .

Check in was very easy and staff was polite and helpful. We had an issue with the sliding door and they were very quick to fix it for us. Only problem was unsupervised children in the pool and hot tub area.

Wasnt a bad place. The decor could use freshening up and the carpets were definitely old, like 80s or 90s. They felt gummy and stiff when you walked on them with bare feet from the shower.

Normally i don’t complain because hospitality is a hard area to please. But we found what looked like a bug larva or worn on one of the wash cloths in the bathroom. Not really my cup of tea. Also the noise level was out of control. Kids running up and down the hallway between 9:45-10:15 at night. I understand that’s not hotels fault but it needed to be addressed. This was our second stay here and the first time it was wonderful compared to this time.

This is a charming hotel, but the amenities are a little less than we expected. No in-room coffee maker or hair dryer, but there was a fridge. We chose the hotel for the hot tub, but unfortunately, we didn't get to use it. Breakfast was grab and go and not very good. The beds were very soft--too soft for my liking.

Nice staff. Jacuzzi a swimming pool were nice and also clean. I’d recommend staying, I’ll definitely return if I’m back in Lancaster.

First entered the hotel…was nervous because it’s right off of a main road…the placement seemed weird. Entered the hotel and was greeted by a young man. He was very nice and upbeat. I felt welcomed. The checkin process was quick. I understand why they call it Country Inn. Initially I thought it was outdated but it’s supposed to have the “country” feel. The room looked very country with the flannel carpet, old looking decor but the bathroom was modern which I was pleased about. The rooms were very clean, quiet and we were able to have a good night of sleep. The climate control was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I would suggest is not spraying air freshener throughout the rooms. I do realize there are times the rooms are not used for a period of time, but pls find another way to air out the rooms. My family and I have been staying here for many years, several times a year. Hotel is so cozy and staff is very pleasant! We will be back again very soon! Always enjoy our stay here!

The room was clean, we liked the quilts on the beds. Bathroom was a bit too cold. Not the fault of the hotel, but people made noise after 11 outside in the parking lot.
Very nice lobby, loved the “antique” barn rail door behind the desk. Gave it a Lancaster feel and look. Freindly staff.
