Casa Ku Hotel - Adults Only

The Hotel was great. We visited in 2023 because we were looking for weeding locations to have our ceremony. In the end we decided that Casa Ku was the right place to do it. Since we live in Germany all the organization was somehow challenging, but the team from Casa Ku helped us all the way. The restaurant service, food and overall customer service experience was great. We would definitely recommend the hotel for escaping the crowded areas as well for your weeding.

If you're looking for a quiet place to relax in peace, you found the perfect spot. Approx 8-10 rooms (mini bungalows of glamping) directly on the beach. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Service is very good, there must be as many employees as guests. Food is excellent, we really enjoyed our breakfasts! Weekends are filling up and the 10 beds on the beach will be taken as people would come to spend the day but weekdays are very quiet.

Although all personnel were very nice and attentive and the food was good, I was disappointed at the facilities.They were very rustic. The smell of sewage and urine in my cabin was nasty. Although they cleaned it, the foul smell persisted. The deck like floor in the room and bathroom probably not very sanitary. The hotel is way overpriced for what they offer. Jose and the chef Chris very nice people. I had pasta, pizza and eggs. All very good. The continental breakfast consisted of fruit, bread, coffee or juice was also good although maybe not enough for those with big appetites. Rooms lack tv and the internet was spotty in my room. Pillows had mold, probably due to the humidity. The beach area was nice and they rake the seaweed daily.

This small themed property turned out to be such a gem. Upon arrival, we were welcomed and it was explained we would not have technology in our room because the focus was our relaxation. At first, we weren’t sure we would be happy with this … but it was for the absolute best. We were only in our room to sleep and remainder of days were spent outdoors enjoying nature and truly feeling relaxed! We felt so well cared for - between Daniel, Manuel, Armen, the general manager (and all the staff really) … we wanted for nothing. The food was delicious. The drinks were fantastic. The service was excellent. We hope to return again next year.

The rooms have a beautiful design and great bathrooms. The public areas are very cozy and the beach is beautiful. The mezcal at the bar is very good, and the wood pizza oven provides amazing pizzas. Its definitely a couples small retreat.

Incredible place- welcoming, relaxing, beautiful, very quiet with attentive service and good food. Could not be any closer to the water-the door of my little casita was only 50 feet from the Gulf. Beach chairs, beach beds, beach service available. If you’re looking for peace and quiet and time with the sea, this is a perfect spot!

Tuve la fortuna de alojarme en Casa KU en San Bruno, Yucatán, junto con mi pareja, y puedo decir sin dudar que fue una experiencia inolvidable. El lugar es increíblemente hermoso, situado justo en la playa, lo que ofrece vistas y sonidos relajantes del mar durante toda la estancia. Una de las cosas que más me impresionó fue el respeto por el entorno. Casa KU se integra armoniosamente con su entorno natural, mostrando un compromiso genuino con la sostenibilidad y el medio ambiente. Las amenidades son de lujo y, sinceramente, superan por mucho lo que uno esperaría por el costo. Cada detalle está pensado para proporcionar comodidad y satisfacción. Desde la decoración hasta las instalaciones, todo está diseñado con un gusto exquisito. La comida es otro de los puntos fuertes de Casa KU, en su restaurante Nido. La oferta gastronómica es gourmet y cada plato es una delicia para el paladar. Se nota el esmero y la creatividad en cada comida. Las habitaciones son además de muy bien equipadas, extremadamente silenciosas y ofrecen mucha privacidad, lo cual fue perfecto para una escapada en pareja. Pero lo que realmente hace especial a Casa KU es la atención de su personal. Cada una de las personas que trabajan allí ofrece un servicio excepcional, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a hacer todo lo posible para que la estancia sea perfecta. Recomiendo Casa KU sin dudarlo para cualquiera que busque una experiencia de lujo en un entorno natural privilegiado. ¡Espero poder volver pronto!
