Hotel Vino

This hotel was a nightmare from the start. We were promised breakfast when we booked, but upon arrival, we were forced to pay for it and they outright denied ever including it. The very next day, the shower door exploded as I tried to open it, sending glass shards flying all over the bathroom and hallway. I ended up bleeding from my hand, arm, and foot. The staff came to clean up but did a terrible job, leaving many pieces of glass behind. We had to clean it ourselves, which was especially concerning because we have small children. On the third day, while attempting to have breakfast, a man who appeared to be the owner confronted us aggressively, demanding that we pay for the broken glass. He offered no apology, showed no concern for our injuries, and didn’t care about the danger to our children. Instead, he blamed us entirely. We later discovered from the cleaning staff that this had happened before, causing someone to be hospitalized. This all occurred in just the first three days of our stay. We still have 11 days left, and we’re terrified of what else might go wrong. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs. It’s unsafe, the staff is unhelpful, and the management is downright hostile.
