The property was convenient to shopping and dining. Staff was very friendly. The rooms were really nicely laid out and the a/c worked very well. Despite the property being surrounded by shopping it was very quiet! I would stay at a Marriott property again!

Me and my son stayed overnight to watch a UNC game. The staff was great! We had a slight issue with the bathroom door locking from the outside in and the front desk sent someone up quickly.
Our room was clean. The hotel breakfast offers a good selection and the property was located close to quite a few restaurants and a Duck donuts. I would absolutely stay here again.

Overall my daughter and I enjoyed our stay, with these side notes!
1.The swimming pool temperature of the water was so cold that my 11 year old wouldn’t get into it.
2. The heat in our room 522 took hours to kick in(not until mid morning)
The water pressure in the shower was so weak we could barely wash/rinse our hair! And there was basically no hot water!
3. Lastly. The breakfast was very disappointing! The powdered eggs were cold(tasted terrible) they only had one strength of coffee in 2 containers (Bold) neither I or my girlfriend drink it and it tasted horrible!
With all of that being said I’m leaving the stay with mixed emotions! We were both definitely impressed with the facility but the amenities that came alone with the stay were very disappointing!

Very well appointed hotel. Our room was very nice and appreciated having the toilet area separate from the main bath area. Two separate sitting area’s nice as well.

The hotel was nice! It wasn't as spacious as most of the other Springhill Suites that I have stayed at. The breakfast was pretty good. The area was nice and so much to do. The hot tub was fabulous, but the pool looked dirty. Overall, I had a great trip.
