"We have stayed at the TB before. It has been a consistent offering each time. There are 4 things that bring us back. Firstly the food is exceptional. Te meals are a la carte except one buffet lunch and dinner per week. Its a relatively small menu but different every day on a 7 day rolling basis and is beautifully presented with great quality. We eat out rather than take the buffet as the buffet is limited. Lunch is also a la carte and very good. Breakfast is buffet with option to have a few things cooked but is also really good. Secondly the staff are genuinely delightful. We have been elsewhere where that is not the case. The fro t desk manager was incredibly helpful organising a full length mirror in our room for my wife when she mentioned in passing the room didn't have one. The maitre D were each brilliant but all of the resteraunt staff were efficient and very friendly. The 2 guys on the bar were fantastic, attentive and very hygienic full of plenty of chat. The lady serving drinks around the pool and beach was simply wonderful. Again incredibly attentive and just delightful to speak to. Third. The rooms are great and very cleaned by excellent housekeeping. The hotel location is wonderful albeit access to the beach was tricky as some fo the beach has washed away making it a scramble over a few rocks. Nothing the hotel could do about this although if its a long term issue maybe it needs a structure to get to the beach?. We managed without too much trouble but you have to be steady on your feet. Fourth is the smoking policy. Its a small hotel and you are close together. Any snokers moved off to the side of the hotel away from mother guests. I thought this was them being thoughtful but I understand from the front desk manager that this is policy albeit I dont think all the staff knew that. This makes such a difference. Any hotel that bans smoking or restricts where you can smoke will always get my custom if everything else is also right. We've booked again for April 27. It was that good."

"Visitada pela segunda vez, viajada com os meus pais e depois o marido chegou durante os últimos 10 dias de férias.Como a mobilidade do meu pai não é a melhor, a casa era o hotel que precisamos. Ambos tivemos quartos de piso que levaram à área de piscina, com vista para o oceano, e as quartos eram Mais Como ter a sua própria villa com acesso tão fácil à piscina, restaurante e, claro, as áreas de bar. Assim que chegámos, nós fomos saudados com esses sorrisos, que nos fez dançar o coração.O pessoal e a equipe de gestão fazem isso para ir, eles não podem fazer o suficiente para você. Toda a equipe riu e sorriu um com o outro, o que lhe garante que é um bom lugar para trabalhar.O alimento foi bom, embora optássemos por comer algumas vezes para ver a verdadeira Barbados, mas sempre correu para voltar para um copo no bar com outros convidados. Tivemos UMA Grande combinação de hóspedes que acabou de caír, e não mencionamos o gato Panda.Jason, você TEM UMA Grande equipe com você e não Pode esperar para voltar EM breve.
