Excellent service, very friendly, quick and timely care, good food, fault a lift so it was sometimes very late to wait for the only lift that served and at the time when the room was cleaned key cards are blocked and there is that down to reception to activate it again to be able to open the door of the room which is a little annoying, from there in more is very good, excellent attention, happiness

This is my second time at the One. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Paseo Durango, a mall, and a Liverpool and Sears. It is centrally located and ordering an Uber is easy. The staff is very friendly, careful with my heavy luggage, and the breakfast was acceptable. The bathroom is a letdown: nothing but soap and towels, without and toiletries, and things were going well until I found a long hair in the sink (I hardly have any hair at all). I believe it’s a good, functional option for people on the go who are looking for a decent place to spend the night.
