Dunhuang jiayuan hotel

From the exterior the Dunhuang Jiayuan Hotel looks like a traditional Chinese hotel. But the room is furnished with all the modern trappings that are so essential to a weary traveler. The bedroom and attached bathroom are very clean, hot showers readily available and the bed comfortable. The hotel is right next to the Shazhou night market and within walking distance to all the transportation hubs which makes visiting Dunhuang attractions easy. And the service team was fantastic. One and all they were approachable and very helpful. The lovely lady who checked us in not only upgraded our room but she even managed to get us seats on a Western Dunhuang tour which was one of the highlights of our already amazing trip! Another recommended local dishes for us to try and we were amused to see the name of one such restaurant on a road sign! In short we love Dunhuang Jiayuan Hotel. Thank you lovely ladies for making our stay there a very satisfying one 👍

Location is great as it is right in the city centre, a stone’s throw away from the night market and loads of shops and restaurants around. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was upgraded to have a window, staff would help me get a taxi and tell the driver where I wanted to go ie to Mogao caves and bus station. Another staff would help me get my laundry done by a third party and placed them in my room when it was delivered. Room had basic necessities ie hot water, working aircon, clean toilet though carpet needs a it of care. Overall very satisfied for the price paid.

真心建议店家要維修4608這間的卫生間。洗面盆水管漏水，地上永遠有一灘水，洗久一點，紙拖鞋都濕了。店家省水，馬桶水箱放水瓶，这沒問題，有問題的是，沖水后，瓶身傾斜，水箱漏水到馬桶，得每次人工手動扶正，才能恢复正常。我們早出晚歸，前台都沒人值班，只有一個值班電話。手紙沒有了，想打內線求助，但是那個電話機是擺設的，沒接線。早上出門，壓了床頭上的“立即打掃”，結果房卡一抽走，沒電了，那個打掃燈也滅了。本來只想給一星的，想到酒店房价偏低、雙人床空間大、沒烟味、空調还行，這樣的房間，住一天还勉強，兩天的，沒有客房服务真的不行，所以还是給了中評。

房間很寬敞，也很安靜，老闆很熱情，性價比很高了

酒店坐落在市內最繁華的中心地帶，距離沙洲夜市兩分鐘，酒店樓下葯房，超市，餐廳，對面中醫院，對於寶媽和帶長者出行友友們很方便！房間很寬敞，空間很大，最最主要的是酒店人員很暖心我們是半夜到達，前台一直打電話聯繫怕找不到酒店！對於到達陌生城市的我們很暖心！點贊！另外此酒店很佛系，續房沒人催你交房費，一直住到退房走才把房費交了！在特別表揚前台美女姐姐哦，人超級好，很熱心，我下午五點多的航班，和美女姐姐商量後又給延後兩個小時！真的很感謝，對於來敦煌的友友們推薦此酒店！

第一次來大西北。選擇了嘉源精品酒店，首先衞生環境很是滿意，服務態度極好[微笑] 這個時候價格經濟實惠 很滿意 強烈推薦[強]

本來想衹主一個晚上，後來住了三個晚上。前台的她姐姐很熱情 還給我了升級我的房間。 酒店是離沙洲夜市不遠的。 抱歉照片拍的不好

垃圾酒店，攜程訂寫的很明白會升級房間，服務員就是不給升，説沒房間，但我到房間就查了，有！行，我們對房間無所謂，反正都是睡覺，也不看啥！進酒店我們就睡了一會兒，想休息一下晚上去月牙泉，起來洗個臉發現手巾臟的……….還有股臭味….唉我…..一言難盡！反映完換了一個，沒有臭味的，但仍然是舊舊的！100多的酒店有的是，我找了個284的也不算很便宜，可這衞生標準簡直了！要不是錯過了時間我肯定就退了！停車場正規衹能停下2台車，不正規也衹能停三台，然後就是停酒店旁邊的衚衕裏，一直是滿的，服務員説你出去停吧，我們報銷停車費，結果我轉了4圈，才找到一個幼兒園，週六週日不上課才給我停一宿，沒有停車場你就別宣傳停車場！好嗎！！！！！！旺季，周邊，根本沒有停車場！！！前台又説了，你可以停馬路邊上，我去！我又不瞭解當地交規，誰敢輕易停？？？真的是服的妥妥的了！！！ 衞生：差！！！！手巾黃漬清晰可見！ 設施：老舊，插頭插插座上一碰就掉！ 環境：一般，老酒店，但不是不能接受 服務：垃圾！尤其是入住第一天的服務員，一提升房，樂得啊！整得我想佔你們酒店便宜似的！

酒店房間乾淨，設施好，前台熱情有問必答，還積極介紹敦煌特色小吃，酒店停車位不足時安排了停車場，停車費都是酒店出，解決我們停車的後顧之憂，夜市距酒店很近，200米左右的距離出行方便，很不錯酒店，值得推薦。
