Staff were courteous, and the fruit bowl was replenished daily. The room was vast, and could strike some as under-furnished, but it had all I needed and the bed was very comfortable. There are numerous restaurants in the surroundings, but my visit coincided withe Chinese New Year, and a good 95% of the city was shut during my stay. The nearby 'river' is a pleasant place to stroll, though perhaps not in the depths of winter. The Night Market (again, not functioning in January) is close by.

Absolutely beyond my expectations! The staff were so nice! We had come from a desert camping trip and they let us check in at 8am without any question, which we were so grateful for. The shower was good and the bed was soft and comfortable. This is a huge change from our previous hotel in the moon crescent area (also ”5” star). Breakfast was plentiful and had options for all. They delivered yoghurt to the rooms in the afternoon. The location is great. It took 10 minutes to walk to the night market and mall. Overall, I would book this hotel over and over again! Fabulous! This is a real review. The hotel is one of the most popular hotels in Dunhuang. When it comes to service, there is one thing to say, which is very good. The security guard at the door took the initiative to carry luggage after seeing it. The lady at the front desk was warm and thoughtful. She wiped her hands with towels before sending tea when she entered the hotel; it is worth mentioning that the front desk saw me alone and took the initiative to upgrade the double bed room for me. The room has a humidifier. Refrigerators and safes are particularly complete. At night, the waiter is very considerate to bring the footbath, and you can soak your feet when you return to the room. The hygiene is cleaned in time and is very clean. The heating and hot water in the rooms are very good, and the service staff are polite and patient. These are real advantages. The transportation is convenient, and you can get a taxi when you go out (the lady at the front desk will help you to call a taxi), and there is a free underground parking lot. Friends who drive are not afraid of parking inconvenience. You can eat, drink and have fun near the hotel. I have recommended it to my colleagues, and I will choose Wansheng next time I come to Dunhuang.

This hotel is the best choice when you arrive in Dunhuang, beautiful view on the sand dunes and nice atmosphere, easy access to any sights. Check in was easy and fast, we arrived very early and could check in without extra charge. The breakfast is delicious and has lots of choices . The service is good, the junior stuff are very helpful and nice, however the senior manager didn’t give us the right information and the other one was arrogant and not helpful. Hopefully, this will be improved. We also had a private excursion with the driver Mike, was a nice trip, safe and interesting.

This hotel is located in Dunhuang. It is very conveniently located, adjacent to the Mingsha Mountain and Crescent Spring attractions. There are many food, shopping and entertainment destinations around the night market, making it very suitable for couples, families or business people. The hotel's accommodation experience is also very good, the facilities are very modern, the front desk service is very attentive, I chose a scenic spot room, saw Mingsha Mountain, and saw two fireworks at night. Breakfast was also great. impressive.

The room is very spacious and has floor heating. Being able to lie down and soak in a bathtub in an arid desert area is quite a luxury. The washing and care brand is from ACQUA DI PARMA (Water of Parma) / The room is decorated with pure natural cotton and linen solid wood, which has a five-star rating. For hotel experience, it is recommended to check in at noon and let the butler drive you to sightsee the scenery. The hotel has various activities such as morning classes in the morning and bonfire party in the evening. Sugar water will be provided after the afternoon activities. Breakfast and dinner are Cantonese style dishes with Northwest beef and mutton. In short, if you love Dunhuang culture, have individual pursuits and happen to have strong financial resources, this store is the best choice.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, it is great value for money and the room is comfortable. My only negative comment would be that as a non-smoker, the room was a bit smelly, but I left the window open for a day and it aired out nicely. Every single person working at the hotel were extremely kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and convenient. They even helped me to post some souvenirs back to my house that I couldn’t fit in my suitcase. I was travelling alone and it can be a bit intimidating to travel away from major cities with my less than conversational level of Chinese, but I was made to feel so welcome and I am very grateful for the amazing hospitality. The location is fantastic, walking distance to a lot of nice places to eat and the night market. There was a cheap and decent gym within 8 minutes walking of the hotel and nowhere was too far to go by taxi. For foreigners, I recommend taking the taxi to Doujiaduncun villagers committee to take your PCR test. It’s about 5 minutes by taxi and they can help deal with PCR tests for foreigners who don’t have access to the QR code. You must go back the next day to pick up the results. The people at the testing site are also very helpful. I loved my visit to Dunhuang so much, the landscape is incredible and the people here are so nice. I will definitely come back again!

The hotel has its own parking lot, and guests enjoy free parking. When traveling, you can take a taxi in front of the hotel. It is close to everywhere and the transportation is convenient. The hotel as a whole is decorated in a Dunhuang style, with strong regional characteristics and high quality. Very classy! The reception service in the front office is warm and polite...it makes people feel very considerate and comfortable. The room facilities are good, clean and hygienic, the bedding is also very comfortable, and the mattress is also very comfortable. After a day of travel, I had a good sleep and was extremely satisfied. It is highly recommended for friends who travel to Dunhuang to check in. In short, the price/performance ratio is very high and it is worth staying.

I almost cried when I checked into the Dunhuang Hotel. During the peak season, the Ganqing-Qingdao ring line, God knows what weird hotel I have stayed in before. When I went to the Dunhuang Hotel in Dunhuang, I was so touched, the service was formal, the staff were enthusiastic, the hotel was decorated with high-end, cultural heritage, many celebrities had stayed, hot water supply Adequate, good hardware facilities, close to the night market, and very busy nearby, the point is that the price of the room is also very reasonable! Friends who have walked through the Ganqing-Qingdao ring and lived in Dachaidan should understand my feelings. The sister at the front desk also helped me upgrade the Silk Road room for free, so happy. Yesterday was the most practical day for me to sleep in so many days. Stay here next time you come to Dunhuang!

This is the best hotel we stayed in this trip. The service is top notch, the front desk opened door for us, took over our luggage, greeted us with big smile and hot tea. She even took our luggage to our room and showed us around. The breakfast is free and very tasty, bottled water is unlimited, which is very helpful. This hotel also host foreign passport holders. I would strongly recommend you to try this hotel if you ever decide to travel to Dunhuang.
