Next day your lovely 😍 receptionist kept our bags and laughed over how we shopped till we dropped. Great feature with key fobs...we use phrase at work constantly....I've got the key, I've got the secret. Would recommend malmasion anytime 😊"

"Location is fine, brisk 5 or gentle 10 minute walk to the train station. With a gym next door, you can buy a day pass for £9. It's a travel lodge, rooms fine, you know what you are getting. Staff were all very friendly, lady checked me in good 30 minutes before 3pm. Only moan is prior to 2pm looks like no staff on duty, so if you wanted to check in early you can't. Will definitely use it again when I'm next in Dundee."

Could have been from the boiler, or air conditioner system. Also got woken at 5.55am, by Fisher company, whose lorry was parked directly below our window, either delivering or collecting laundry."

"I went to this hotel for a significant birthday due to its location at the side of the River Tay and the stunning views, however I was left very disappointed with the room not being what I booked, the window looking onto a wall providing very little light to the room, the fact that children were running up and down the corridor banging on doors meaning very little sleep was had. I did report this after my first night but I'm now being told by guest relations that the staff at the hotel are denying that it was reported, I was given the guest relations card and contact number by the staff member and told to contact them when I checked out and he would speak to the manager when he came in, as he was due in that day even though it was bank holiday Monday."
