I really wanted to love this hotel. It has so much potential. However,  the constant barking during the night from dogs on the adjacent property is overwhelming. Poor quality windows make it seem like the dogs are barking in your room. If you value your sleep, stay somewhere else.

Friendly and helpful staff. They go the extra mile for guests and ensure a comfortable stay. The amenities are unique and the facilities are clean. Love their sustainable practices. They have a rooftop bar called the pawnshop and we were given complimentary cheese plate and wine.

Some things to know - no bottled water provided in the room - no refrigerator - no telephone in room - mattress is hard as a rock. Horribly uncomfortable - towels are thin and rough - elevator is a joke, so plan on taking the exposed stairs - Noisy to the extreme, both noise from the hall through the super thin doors and tons of street noise. Repeatedly awakened from the noise - shelving is made from cheap unpainted pressboard, the cheapest possible material, it’s so rough in places that you could get a splinter No redeeming qualities. Terrible hotel and it’s overpriced

From the moment we arrived until departure, the staff exceeded our expectations. The hotel's management team is clearly dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction. The rooms were spotless, and the facilities were well-maintained. Scenic views and proximity to local landmarks made our stay unforgettable. The ambiance is great and the area is accessible to nearby restaurants. The room itself is nice and clean. Not to mention the bed super comfortable to sleep in. Definitely a place I could return to. 😌

They have the most accommodating people. They were very helpful and generous of their time. Free airport/ferry shuttle is a plus. They even offered us to make a stop at the souvenir shop before taking us to the airport. Place is clean, food is also delicious. They also gave us a welcome drink. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Will definitely go back when we have the chance.

I like to go green but not when that is the reason guests are not provided with basic amenities like toothpaste/toothbrush; coffee & water is in a common pantry. It is difficult to call front desk because there is no intercom. You have a tablet to send a message to front desk that is not user friendly if it’s working. Bathroom is tight for 2. Design of shower stall is not good - bathroom gets wet every time you shower. For the price, it’s disappointing
