We stayed for two nights and only requested to clean the bathroom one time because it smells a little, which was quickly performed by a cleaning crew. The hotel security system was damaged by lighting while we were checking in but was repaired 5 or 6 hours later.

最滿意的酒店了，服務態度好，酒店的設計細節很有格調，周圍環境很好，住在14樓，落地窗的設計，可以看到美美的夕陽。一樓有早餐就餐的地方，15美金，也不貴。總之就是很滿意。

Check in was delayed because housekeeping was slow in cleaning the rooms. There was trash in the hallways and lobby. Also the hotel staff was a bit overwhelmed and rude.

Number one complaint is air conditioner didn’t work good, was hit all night. Then the bug issue was horrible. Roaches for days.

The property was nice! The front desk staff was great!
We did have an issues with the Shower watering intermitentally changing from hot to cold.
It was difficult getting the front desk on the phone for questions and not enough handicapped parking spaces.
Overall good stay just need a few tweaks for receive 5 stars

The stay was nice! Mow was helpful and friendly when I checked in, she explained everything to me. Just a really nice person. That morning I didn’t know exactly where to go for the breakfast buffet. There were 2 attendants at the front desk, and I asked them. They lack people skills and acted as if I couldn’t understand. I went the wrong way and they yelled, “Nooooo ma’am ma’am this way!” I was a little offended as to how they were acting. I didn’t appreciate it at all. So, they need to brush up on people skills! Although this has nothing to do with Miele, she was GREAT!

It’s was roaches in my room coming out the socket. People coming into your room when you not there. The manager was trying to help but they need a new crew because they don’t try to make you feel safe. Things was missing and moved out of my room

The hall carpet looked like someone got sick or something spilled outside my door for three days while I was there. Had i not paid in advance I would not have returned the following days. There was no shower liner in the bathroom as well as a faulty towel rack. The room was missing the chair for the desk. Staff never brought one to the room during my three day stay. This place needs to be refreshed to make it more attractive for the guests.
