Penthouse apt? Hah! No running water on arrival. Tiny rooms with a thin, grubby sofa bed, no sheet/pillows. The kitchen area is filthy. Main bedroom filthy/cigarette burns. We refused to stay in a cesspit and left within 90mins of arrival after finding alternative accommodation. Do not believe their own pics..the reality is it’s a dump. Blatant false advertising and total con.

We rented based on nice photos and arrived to a dirty apar**ent with fluid splatted on the carpets and walls, cigarette burns all over, dirt, drime and dirty dishes in the cupboards and the furniture, including the futon were in disrepair. We had no choice but to spend the night as there were no rooms available anywhere else (some kind of event was going on) but we slept on the linens with our jackets for blankets as it was so gross. We left by 8 am and I typically don't wake up until 10 so that's how badly I wanted out of there. Ruined our last few days in Ireland as we spent most of one afternoon and evening trying to find a place to stay and get out of this disgusting mess. The owner is a scam artist and should be held accountable for ripping off travellers but alas being from Canada I am not sure what I can do. The property used to be affiliated with a company but I can not find the company name any longer. Its now affiliated with a guy named Brian Reilly. Whether that's his real name or not he really is a horrible human being.

Don’t be fooled by the photos on the website/***********. We arrived at 5pm for our 4pm check in to find the cleaners still in the room. The apar**ent smells of *****. With dirty mouldy shower. This morning there are water issues. Still waiting to have a hot shower and flush the toilet. impossible to contact the manager, but the cleaner has shown me how to turn on and off the water system.

Please don't ever stay here. The place is absolutely disgusting and it's full of false advertisement. The owner is a scam artist and will try to rip you off in any way possible. All the neighbors are very sketchy too with loud music and lots of drug use.

I would advise everyone to consider booking this as if something happens out of you and your family control they are not very helpful and do not take you or your money into consideration very disappointed!

Al limite del grottesco. Siamo stati in questo appartamento per 3 giorni (2 notti) dal 9/09 al 11/09 2022. Oltre a non corrispondere alla descrizione, abbiamo trovato diversi problemi: moquette di ingresso palesemente mai lavata, rubinetto della cucina che perdeva con conseguente disagio acustico notturno; ventole del bagno non funzionanti; il famigerato divano letto era semplicemente un divano (sfondato) del quale abbiamo subito chiesto spiegazioni e ci è stato risposto che "tanto ci si può dormire comunque"; un terribile odore diffuso in tutto l'appartamento; letti più scomodi di una lastra di pietra; coperte e cuscini aggiuntivi a dir poco lerci. Il tutto in un appartamento che cade letteralmente a pezzi. La ciliegina sulla torta è stata la cauzione di 300€ che non avrebbe nemmeno potuto chiedere (da policy di Airbnb) e che non ha voluto restituire (senza una valida motivazione), dopo aver pagato pure una cifra esorbitante per 2 notti. Avremmo dovuto distruggergli l'appartamento ma non l'abbiamo fatto perché siamo persone civili, ma se lo sarebbe meritato. State lontani da questo posto!
