The hotel was not as good as it was the room carpet was not clean the sofa was very dirty the breakfast buffet was rubbish the hotel has changed alot .I feel sad because this hotel was my favourite hotel I liked when I come first time

All staff is very polite and kind. They give you 5 star services through them communication and services. Girl name sewandi and Nadine really were so nice and helpful. Sewandi and other whole staff they looked after my parents very well. Thanks for provide us best service.

We had a great time at Hayat place all the staffs were very friendly and very welcoming especially Farid Dipa and Guna in housekeeping department they were so nice and they were very helpfull with any query or anything that was needed. Thank you so much dipa farid and guna for making our stay so wonderful you guys are so amazing , also at breakfast service we were very impressed with the staffs they were very polite everyone was very professional and very welcoming in kitchen staff yogesh was really nice and he was making sure that everyone feel comfortable. The sofa is a kind of sofa that is very common in Chinese families, and a small square sofa is thoughtfully placed. Hotels run by Chinese people have very large bottles of toiletries. Many other hotels only have 20ml small bottles of toiletries. Cleansing products. Last night, I will come back next time, it is close to the airport, not far from Dubai Mall, and more than 20 minutes to International City. The main price is right, but the only drawback is that you can't live in the room above the bar.
