We arrived at hotel arround in the evening booked through agoda there is no welcome from the reception staff. After we approach to him asking for room. As per him he can't track reservations using guest names. Moving on when we asked for wifi to use to trace our reservation confirmation number he denied the Access. After checking he said rooms not available. We told at the same time to return our money n we will go find other one. Guy called his manager or someone and later giving room with e bed for 2 pplz that is ones are n a lifetime experience for me. Lol..... moving on to the check in process he took 100 dhs from me for tourism fee of 7 dhs. We have given it too. When arround 9.30pm we return from outside this miserable guy saying to me give card n take money. If a person have only 100 dhs how a guy can keep it till checkout without giving back change..??? Finally one hk guy come asking card to give money I told him we misplaced the card he called to reception miserable guy picks the call n hk staff gives the money. I don't understand customer service 😃😃😃😃 moving on I called n politely ask the name of person in reception no answer 😸😸😸 I would like to inform Dubai health authority one thing on behalf of everyone that this guy was not wearing mask and gloves while interacting with any guests .. this need to take in serious attention keeping in mind the current situation through out the world. I will never ever recommend this hotel to any person in the universe. Kind regards to hotel manager please look into it and if u want please check CCTV to know it very well. Body language of staff should be welcoming not annoying the stays of guests. Pleaae check the attachment picture condition of room
