It was my first time to go to Dubai. I compared many hotels of the same quality before the trip and finally chose the Conrad Hotel. I stayed there for 3 nights and enjoyed the hotel's professional, warm and friendly service. Special thanks to Abil and Ali, and their managers. Their professional, meticulous and high-quality service left a deep impression on me. The hotel's location is very advantageous, just a stone's throw away from the subway station, but yet still amidst the hustle and bustle. If you plan to explore the city by metro, the Conrad is a great choice. The dining in the hotel also gave me an amazing feeling. The buffet breakfast was very rich in variety, with fresh ingredients and excellent taste. The restaurant waiters always served coffee and tea in a timely and thoughtful manner. The Korean bar on the 1st floor provides the best Korean food I have ever had for dinner. The Italian cuisine on the 6th floor is full of color, aroma and taste. Dining there is a very comfortable experience. All the service staff in the hotel are very kind. Next time I go to Dubai, I will choose Conrad Hotel and recommend it to my family and friends.

We Stayed for 5 nights at th Fairmont Dubai and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From check in to check out with the lovely girl her name's, (Ms .Gharam)she was polite and extremely helpful. My husband and I stayed in a nice view room which had plenty of space for the two of us. The room was very clean and comfortable. We wanted a few days of rest and we enjoyed our time by the pool during the day. The staff at the poolside bar and restaurant were lovely and looked after us all day. A big thank you for all the staff and special thanks to Ms Gharam at front desk for her excellent service. Our favourite restaurant in the evening was greac, sushi. Food was really tasty and Also thank you to the man who was in charge of Shisha. The grape and mint was an amazing combination. We will definitely return to the Fairmont Dubai

I recently stayed at the hotel, and my experience was truly exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the staff, particularly Happy from the reception. From the moment I checked in, Happy's warm and welcoming demeanour made me feel like a valued guest. Her attention to detail and genuine interest in ensuring my stay was comfortable went above and beyond my expectations. Happy's dedication to customer service is commendable, and her positive attitude left a lasting impression. The hotel is fortunate to have such a dedicated and personable staff member. I highly recommend this hotel, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by Happy. She also gave us free cookies! 🙂 Room - we got the view of the Museum of the Future from the toilet, however the view from the room was blocked by external almunum cladding. It’s find though as most of the time we were outside and enjoying the sightseeing in Dubai. Breakfast - we enjoyed the special dishes that changes daily! I hope more choices of dishes. The special dishes such as the avocado toast and steak and eggs are the best!! Love it! Fresh fruits and juices are great! Concierge - fast and efficient, helped me to call for a taxi (though the hotel taxi was initially offered - price is x2 of the normal taxi). Housekeeping - reliable. They did a great job making our room tidy and nice to rest after a long day. Check-out - as our flight is still at 9pm, we were allowed to stay in the room until 2pm and they allowed us to use the club lounge until 6pm FOC. I strongly recommend this hotel when you visit Dubai!! Thank you voco Dubai hotel to making our trip to Dubai memorable! Kudos! Keep up the good work!

Wir haben das Hotel als Familie für die ersten 5 Tage in Dubai gebucht. Vom Flughafen aus ist man schnell dort und das check in mitten in der Nacht hat auch gut geklappt. Die Suite,die wir gebucht haben ist sehr gut gewesen. Mit 2 getrennten Schlafzimmern und sehr viel Platz zum spielen für die Kids. Alles war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool ist groß genug,dass man darin sehr gut schwimmen kann. Es gibt auch einen Pool für kleinere Kids. Beide Pools sind bewacht und beheizt. Das Frühstück könnte für ein Jumeirah etwas mehr Auswahl bieten,aber das was da war,hat auch vollkommen gereicht. Das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Alles war frisch und wurde regelmäßig aufgefüllt. Die Kellner sind sehr bemüht und nehmen es den Kids auch nicht übel,wenn mal was runterfällt. Hochstühle sind genug vorhanden. Die Ausstattung in der Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sogar der Whirlpool wurde jeden Abend von den Kids genutzt. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und direkt am Hotel ist ein Mini-Markt,wo man alles wichtige bekommt,um die Kids auch mal selber zu versorgen. Da wir über Silvester da waren haben wir am Silvesterabend mit den Kids den Roomservice genutzt und uns Essen in die Suite bestellt. Sehr sehr lecker und auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen! Die Aussicht auf den Burj Khalifa hat uns am Silvesterabend natürlich sehr gefallen! Man ist nur etwas weiter außerhalb und muss ein paar Kilometer fahren,um z.B. zum Jumeirah Beach zu kommen. Wir haben meistens Uber oder die ortsüblichen Taxen genutzt von daher war es kein Problem. Die Metro geht aber auch sehr gut. Für Familien eignet sich das Hotel sehr gut,weil es ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bietet. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

A chic designer hotel with so many interesting nooks and corners. The rooms were well designed and I felt at home instantly. On the negative side the toilet was unnecessarily small. The concierge did a great job and took care of my needs. The only issue I had here was that my room was just below the gym and the sound of weights being dropped on the floor was annoying. That apart I enjoyed my stay.

My favorite hotel during this trip. It is decorated in a medieval style, old-fashioned but well maintained. The manager of the breakfast buffet is very nice and dedicated. The guy who cleans the room, Benjamin, is also super friendly. He cleans it four times a day. The room is big and the bathroom is also clean It's very clean, everyone greets you warmly with a smile all the time, the service is very professional, the future museum and the subway station are downstairs, and it's also very close to the dubai mall, which is great!

It was my first time in Dubai. The hotel was nice and exactly what I needed for my first week. The service team was extremely helpful, especially Kurlos. They were all so kind and helped me navigate my first time here. The room service was good and well priced. The young man that runs the breakfast buffet was exceptional! Always delightful and goes above and beyond. The buffet was great! I would have stayed longer but wanted to be closer to things that I was doing. I highly recommend this hotel! Amazing staff! Thank you!

I stayed at the ibis World trade centre from June - October as a long term stay guest. The location was ideal and was my priority as to why I chose this hotel plus the storage space that is available in the room. With staying in a hotel for a long amount of time you are bound to experience some teething issues but the staff were excellent in solving any issues that I had. The housekeeping staff were exceptional, especially the supervisors and Grace. The hotel is newly refurbished and has more space than the other ibis one central. There's lots of seating areas in the reception lobby area and I would often sit there and work. Shout out to security guard Alex also for being amazing! It's worth bearing in mind that the price does increase during the winter months in comparison to the summer. And the exhitibitions nearby make the traffic and hotel very busy.

Good space appartement but very VERY basic. No bed lamps, new shower gel takes asking reception, phone doesn’t work, toilet extremely small. But biggest disappointment is the internet. You get internet but NOTHING works. When receiving emails it stops (both on phone and laptop), watching something online is able but for 30 seconds before it freezes, etc etc. I’m here for work and need good internet. This accommodation does not have is. For me never again! I went to restaurant in the hotel and they gave me another network. Flawless internet. But back to my room, nothing. No communication with family abroad possible online except for calling. Come on…I’m paying 300 euros a night. It is 2023. We are in Dubai. Ah, we are in Dubai. That might explain a bit. Outside looks western, but actually they aren’t there yet. Not from my money. Next time I will be going to a western hotel chain again. Always staid in fe Pullman and never complaints. Do not go to this hotel when you are younger than 70 and need internet.

walking distance to world trade center and also the metro station. the buffet spread is quite limited but it was compensated by the friendly staff services. The staff can recognise me on my second day of visit and knowing me always dine in alone, always recommend me what is nice to have for dinner. Really appreciate their effort to communicate with you.

Rose Executive Hotel is easy 10-minute walk from the Dubai World Trade Centre where I attended a conference. It is also located 6-minute walk from a Metro station, which makes it easy to get to various tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and approachable. The hotel has a gymn, steam room and sauna. The steam room and sauna were great for winding down after a long day. I enjoyed the food which was beautifully presented. I highly recommend this hotel.

Room: The facilities are very new, and many small details are outstanding. For example, the teas in the minibar are all the best local brands. Catering: The pastry part is amazing, the rest is just average. Service: Maybe because it is newly opened, you can see a lot of service staff, but the efficiency is not very high, but the flaws are not concealed. The infinity pool on the 27th floor is very nice. It is said to be the longest in the world. Generally speaking, the atmosphere created has the same flavor as one&only.
