Superb location, right opposite Dubai Mall, walkable distance. However, staff friendliness is so-so. Breakfast is ok. We especially didn’t like frequently being asked if we wanted their taxi service when we’re waiting for normal taxi. There’s also no fridge in the room.. unbelievable

Nice and clean hotel, fairly easy to get to and family-friendly as well. Rooms look dated but there is enough space.

Very nice location with proximity to Mall of Emirates and metro. Good choice of eateries in the vicinity. Nice hotel to stay for families as well as business travelers.

All the staff at SLS Business Bay were so accommodating and attentive. The property is so clean and modern; very picturesque. We enjoyed Privilege pool, S Bar and Fi’lia. Thank you to GM Flavin for making sure our balcony view from the room was city view perfect. The bed is extra comfortable and the big bathtub is a special addition and was definitely utilized. Thank you to Adam who was so helpful during check in. Adam’s smile was so inviting. He’s just the man for the job at front desk check in. Keep him around. Special Thank you to Laura who was communicating with me for 2 months on room decoration for a special birthday surprise. So many other staff members that were exceptional. Thanks to Emmanuel for always keeping the guests safe and greeting us every morning and evening. We had an amazing time and will definitely recommend to our friends.

My partner and I always stay in this hotel. There's only one thing we don't like, the service in the reception is too slow. The rest is good, better than everywhere else.

Movenpick Bur Dubai was super great - their front desk were super friendly, concierge was super helpful (shoutout to Kamal - the welcome he gave me when I first arrived was nice, and he was super helpful in the tips he gave me regarding my travels) and the room was super large! The bed and the pillows were sublime, the bathroom was clean, bright and the bathtub was a nice touch. Also loved the general grand yet cosy vibe of the hotel - really felt like I was coming back home after a long day of traveling in Dubai. I would definitely return here for a stay! P.S. there's an attached Starbucks in the hotel, so that helps if you need a quick caffeine boost or snack! A tip for potential improvement - the gym was located obscurely and I couldn't find my way around well enough without asking around. Better signage to the gym could have helped!

We Stayed for 5 nights at th Fairmont Dubai and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From check in to check out with the lovely girl her name's, (Ms .Gharam)she was polite and extremely helpful. My husband and I stayed in a nice view room which had plenty of space for the two of us. The room was very clean and comfortable. We wanted a few days of rest and we enjoyed our time by the pool during the day. The staff at the poolside bar and restaurant were lovely and looked after us all day. A big thank you for all the staff and special thanks to Ms Gharam at front desk for her excellent service. Our favourite restaurant in the evening was greac, sushi. Food was really tasty and Also thank you to the man who was in charge of Shisha. The grape and mint was an amazing combination. We will definitely return to the Fairmont Dubai

Stay was fantastic. Ebrahim from Egypt at check-in gave me an early check-in with an upgrade to the apartment size - bigger room, with a full kitchen and full amenities like washing machine, stove, microwave, etc - basically home away from home. Food was fantastic. Tour desk Roweida was exceptional and valet parking service was awesome 😎 well done Hyatt. Ebrahim also connected me to the loyalty program - great all round experience and service - you even get discount at the ice rink

I had an amazing one night stay at the QE2 - as a Brit now living in Austrália the QE2 has a special place in my heart - never as a Cunard ship could I have afforded travelling to New York - now I could and the ship is sparkling - the renovation is fantastic throwing you back to the heyday of her life - the service was fantastic the food and drink authentic and worth the stay! My wife says I better come back with her
