The hotel is very new and unexpectedly great! I made reservations for many hotels during this honeymoon trip, and this was the only one that met my request. I was given a room on a higher floor. The room was on the 31st floor and had a great view. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the room.
The hotel is generally very fashionable and is very popular in the local area. There are many luxury cars at the door and there are always activities held at night. It may be because there are 13 restaurants, so it is very popular. There are art works, installations, furniture, etc. that can be photographed everywhere. The outdoor scenery is also beautiful. The musical fountain is almost non-stop at night. The weather is too hot and I haven't visited many places. It feels like I have only explored part of the hotel.
The breakfast at the hotel is super rich, with a whole floor, super delicious juice, and Laoganma sauce. Breakfast is open until 12 o'clock, so there is basically no need to have lunch.
When staying at the hotel, you can take a free shuttle to the old Atlantis, and you can also swipe your room card to enter the aquarium and Water World. However, Water World closes at sunset. The weather was too hot during the few days we went, so we can’t wait until it gets hotter. It was almost closing, so I didn’t have time to go.
The hotel room was provided with a beach bag, flip-flops, sprays, etc. The toiletries were provided by graff, and there were constant snacks.
One drawback is the minibar. When we stayed, there was one bottle of drink missing from the minibar. In addition, my husband wanted to chill the drinks we brought in, so he took out some of the drinks in it. In order to avoid misunderstanding, we called the guest service. After a while, I learned that the drinks in the minibar will be automatically charged if they are taken out for more than 30 seconds. Fortunately, they helped to clear them out. In the end, when I checked out, it still showed the consumption of a bottle of minibar red wine. I explained it and removed it. Overall The service is very good.
When we swipe the credit card for the deposit, it shows consumption, not pre-authorization. This is also different from other hotels we stayed in Dubai. About a week after writing the email, the credit card received the deposit refund, which is faster than the 15 days mentioned. I heard it’s more convenient to use cash as a deposit.
Overall, it’s a very comfortable hotel that makes me want to come back again. High praise!
