I have not actually been their yet. But for four weeks have been trying to rearrange my stay for the following day. This is impossible no one answers the phone nor reply to emails. If they actually said that the date cannot be changed then that would be fair enough, I would at least have had the courtesy of an answer. However all I have got from them is total silence. I booked via *********** and they get no response to their requests either. Unfortunately unless they get a response the original conditions remain and I would not get a refund, why should I be the one to pay for the lack of response from this place. I am now worried that if I do arrive then their will be no on there, the customer service is abysmal.
