The staff was very friendly, very helpful, and very pleasant. I made a mistake in my booking and the staff and hotel sorted it out for me. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet. The location was very close to the museumand all amenities. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. Everything was hot. There was lots of it and it was tasty. Would absolutely stay here again.

While the name might imply a kitschy theme, the art and decor of this hotel are tasteful and a nod to the local landscapes. The decor and amenities in the spacious one bedroom suite were very nice, complete with bathrobes, fireplace, and 2 tvs (with lots and lots of nice channels), jacuzzi tub - ideal for a romantic getaway. Staff were gracious, friendly and helpful, and helped make the stay. While there isn't a pool, the hot tub is big enough for several couples. There were ample tables in spacious breakfast room, and another fireplace! The breakfast was okay, but seemed to missing a protein item - not sure if this is a one off or standard for the chain. Although not downtown, there are a few restaurants just across the street. We enjoyed our stay very much, and will be back!
